Hey - His sun and moon are in mutual reception. They're each in the other's ruler sign. I believe that means there's a better connection between them, then there would be if they were just semi-sextiled.

Mars in Cancer is frustrating. One step forward, 2 steps sidesways, one step back, 2 steps forward, one step sideways, the other way...etc. They don't actively pursue anything directly, and the sex drive is sporadic too. I think Mars is in it's detriment in Cancer. Sex could be a tricky, confusing, frustrating issue with this one.

Venus in Gemini - I'll refrain from commenting on that one. My cheating ex had that placement - but he also had Mars in Sagittarius, so ...meh. Dunno.
