Greetings all those who read this:

I would write more, but I've yet been burnt once again by the notorious Scorp of Jennifer.
Under that spell I felt I came 'that close' to finding someone. Turned out to be some 'black magic' as I call it...where you see the obvious in the back of your mind, yet you go ahead. I've been through this two times, with no sex involved. Guess I got wholloped there.
I'm too picky.
I love the James Blunt song 'High'...so under the impromptu laws of this site, I recommend these songs:

"Wish You Were Here" Incubus

"Wish You Were Here" Pink Floyd

"In The Evening" Led Zeppelin

thanks sue g! well, lotsa things in that area...like the Gemini gal which musta have a Pisces/Cancer rising, whom was a songwriter/player and lover. Pappy in his infinite wisdom told me to 'quit'. Now she's a pain in my soul. I'm forever on the look for you Kori Simonson from the state of Ohio.
For me a real shot through my soul, yet lingering.

As I was reading your response Sue G, 'Maxwell's Silver Hammer' was playing!

Next up the infamous 'I Want You' (She's So Heavy.) I'm loving the 'heavy' wind end sounding part where the Beatles probably came up with the first heavy rock...no, not Ringo's 'Octupus' Garden' LOL! (I want you so bad it's driving me mad...she's so HEAVY....)

Right now 'Here Comes the Sun' is playing...good ol' Piscean George Harrison. What a soothing resonounce within the soul.
Sue G, what do you feel when you hear Zep's 'In The Evening'? I hear the gypsy sounds of Pagey's guitar, with masterful intonations of Plant's Zen like vocals...hehe it's playing right now. I feel like the dude from the 'In Through the Outdoor' cover...I relate to the whole album!

Easy now, sue g! LOL Yea, I'd rank that at my fav Zep song. The whole album probably. Every song took a totally different direction. Very progressive sounding.

Of course I'm still into AIC! I'm permanently marked with the sunburst AIC logo on my right arm. I don't think anything tops the album 'Dirt'.

Let's see, here's the track list for 'In Through the Out Door.'
1. In The Evening
2. South Bound Saurez
3. Fool In The Rain
4. Hot Dog
5. Carouselambra
6. All My Love
7. I'm Gonna Crawl
It sounds alot different from other Zep albums because John Paul Jones and Robert Plant were the main contributors. Pagey and Bonzo by that time were total heroin addicts, and showed up at the studio between fixes. Still, awesome though!

Whale and Sue

Got quite a giggle reading your posts! I love your mutual tastes in music!!!

Personally, I love the old Zeppelin, esp. Physical Graphitti, (Kashmir and In the Light my favirotes!!! ..and Down by the Seaside) Was channel surfing the other day and came upon the video of "The Song Remains the Same..." Awful acting, but I love the symbology each musician portrays through the interaction with the characters. I especially love the free-spirited "hippi" scenes of Robert and his family wistfully loping thru some beautiful English countryside and the bare bottemed children playing in the stream!

So, really what I wanted to say to Whale is, I do not know what is in your astro make up, but expect what you have experienced when you tangle with water chicks!!!!!

Peace, Love and Light,

Terri

Another pisces chick here who agrees totally on your music taste guys.

Especially 'down in a hole' from AIC's dirt. So sad but so lovely. My friend and I play it on guitars together.

Hey Hippichick! About a year ago I was shortly involved with a Pisces gal. (I'm Pisces BTW.) She seemed insatiable in bed, which is always a plus, but I could sense she was becoming way too attached in a short amount of time. So, I ended it before things got painful. I think a nice solid earth sign sounds pretty good right now.

Hehe, yes. Some of the fantasy parts from 'The Song Remains The Same' were kinda cheesy. Never understood John Paul Jones' one where he wears the monster mask and rides around terrorizing people, then comes home to his happy family life? Hmm. Now that you've brought it up, I'm gonna watch it. Haven't seen it for some time.

ozmeg222, that's awesome you can play 'Down In A Hole' with a friend. I can somewhat play 'Them Bones' as well as the solo. November 18th I'm going to see Alice In Chains in concert!!! That is simply a must for me, because I never got the chance to see them with Layne. The replacement singer is supposed to be awesome. For me, simply hearing and seeing Jerry Cantrell in the flesh is enough. I think his guitarwork is legendary.

Ever get 'In Through the Out Door' sue g?

Whale,

True, Pisces girls can become too emotionally attached very fast, however we can become emotionally detached just as fast when the magic fades. Believe me, I have lived this scenario all of my life.

If we are not getting what we want emotionally, we will swim to the depths, be it another's arms, alcohol or drugs, depression or my personal favirote, into my self, where no on can hurt me anymore!!!

Oh, by the way, Whale

Earth may be a good thing for you. I dated a Taurus male for several weeks, then he went back to his old girlfriend. But still there remains a huge attraction between us (Taurus moon here,) and the chemistry is undeniable.

I find him kind of boring, He is so black and white, states his two passions in life are Christianity and Patriotism (do not hold too much belief in either myself.) This was the first earth male I have ever "dated" and despite our huge differences, he intrigues me so!

Yes, I am thinking, too, that when the time comes again for me to have a man in my life, I would to love to entertain the idea of a Cap or wonderfully earthy Taurus man again! Mmmmmmmmmm just the thought!

hippichick/Terri which ever you prefer, I think what you said about the Pisces gal quickly losing interest 'once the magic faded' is what happened to me. I didn't want her to get more and more involved because I didn't want to make things painful.
I used to work with a Cappy, Taurean, and a Scorpio at one time, and it was the best and funnest group I have ever worked with. I liked the Taurean steadfastness, plus he had a charming side to him, but also a bad temper. The Cappy is still a best friend. Always ambitious and telling me about how he has everything planned out. He was and still is a speed demon and likes cutting corners. Since we're talking earth signs, I'll just say the scorp is still a good friend.
Hoping to land a job waiting at an Italian restaurant. I've never waited before, but I do like talking to people, so that's a plus. A requirement is to know 20 of the wines they sell, which is cool. So, hopefully they'll call for a second interview.

Take it easy hippichick,

James

Well, I just think of myself more as a beer expert. However, sampling wine to learn about it doesn't sound one bit bad! (Gotta land the job first!)

Take it easy T.

Apparently not good enough hippi. It's been over 5 days, and no call back for a second interview. I do have another interview for a cooking position, and am setting up another interview at another restaurant. I have the experience cooking, so I'll just stick to that. I do miss working with other cooks, as they are the same wherever you go. Anything happens, I'll let ya know.

Apparently your green energy works hippi! A mere hour after I wrote that last post, a manager called for an interview. It's just a cook's position, but hey, it's in the kitchen, which I do miss. I start tommorrow at 10 for orientation. Looks like they need an experienced cook, because I had the feeling 5 minutes into the interview I had the job, which turned out to be true!
