I'm having a hard time handling my feelings towards a certain person lately. I first became interested in this person about 2 years ago but then found out another friend was in pursuit of him. She was a stronger and more aggressive personality then myself and eventually won him over. After that summer passed they stopped talking and then the next year he and I became friends. I forgot about my initial feelings for him because I saw him now more as a friend than a love interest. There has always been an underlying tension and obvious chemistry between us and everyone notices it.
For the past 7 months we've been flirting and he's been making advances, some sexual, toward me. Of course I'm beginning to realize my feelings for him again. The only problem is that he masks a lot of his feelings with "joking", as do many of us. And I can't tell if he wants a relationship or is only after something sexually. I havent seen him since I've been home from college this summer but he's made sure to remind me he's been thinking about me, among other things. This leads me to believe his affections are genuine but he only briefly lets his guard down and I'm never quite sure. I can't blame him for being guarded about his feelings though because I handle myself the same way. There are so many similarities between us and our charts naturally reveal it too. Why am I so hesitant? Im driving myself crazy, help! Me.

There are never any guarantees when it comes to relationships, when in doubt-always ask yourself, "What do I want from this?"
If you "truly" want something more then just friendship, let him know.
If you don't act, someone may come along who will, and then the decision will have been made for you...

Both Scorp and Taurus take forever to "surrender" to their feelings. From my experience, to the Taurus 2 years might as well be 2 weeks  ...you might have to be patient. Keep moving forward and clear the next two years of your calendar if you really like this guy.IP: Logged |
