do u know dulce what exactly does it depict
it actually is the image of the most revered gods of hindus .
according to hindu mythology , there are three supreme figures
Brahma : the creator
Vishnu : the nurturer
Shiva : the destroyerso this is the second one , Vishnu .
you must have heard of " krishna" he actaully was an incarnation of vishnu .
again, RAMA ( if you have ever heard of his name , qa lot of indians use this name in their name ) too was an incarnation of vishnu .
its understood that , he comes to the earth in different forms for the elimination of sin and restoring the good .
interesting mythology , isn't it ?
well i liked the pic , infact i have one in my house where we pray daily .

Yes its very interesting Mythology. I think another knowflake explained that to me too-when I got him confused with Krishna.
I've always thought that India has such beautiful art depictions-especially the religious ones.
