It's had the effect of making me want to settle down at home and be more secure and steady in a relationship. In a way this has always been a good thing in the long term but painful at first because I feel limited and tied down in my hobbies. Try and have an open mind and see what happens. I meet people with this aspect to me when I am buying or selling a home or moving and longing for a stable environment.
Since my IC is PISCES the sign of instability I can see why I attract this. Those with this aspect to me rarely if ever move, so now I stay away as friends unless I can offer the same (stability in my location).
All in all, it's a very stable and loving aspect and it's attractive to me. (although painful at first).
It's also a good aspect if you are looking for an interior decorator, a real estate agent, or a babysitter, or someone who loves children. If you are an interior decorator you will meet lots of people with this aspect. If you do not like to decorate homes, cook, be at home, or babies, then it's probably not for you.
People with this aspect to me have incredibly good taste in clothes, food, wine, homes, and hobbies. If someone with this aspect tells me something I listen and remember especially in business.
In the opposite end, those with Saturn in my 10th house dislike all those things and career is everything.
