is there anything anyone can do to curb your jealousy ( for the ones that are jealous )I have a leo lady in my life who is just jealous about absolutely everything and it is killing our relationship. ------------------

Reassuring her helps but not too much, Introduce her to other females as your girl, Gush about her a lot, write her letters, text her messages throughout the day, let her know shes beautiful, and fabulous, she'll put you thru hoops to make sure you really love her, its the leo trademark....shes avoiding getting hurt, so if you try to reassure her too much verbally she might not believe you, but if you do subtle things to show her you adore her and no one else, then she'll finally get it, unless shes very young and immature, she'll curb it a bit, but the leo jealously is always there...if she really loves you of course, thats a sure sign a leo doesnt dig you, they arent jealous  ------------------

Arent you the guy who works next to the Leo lady and talks to all the other women in the office...  My suggestions: No. 1.....Stop doing that....(in front of her that is)
No. 2.....Get down on the ground and kiss her feet every now and then and tell her how GORGEOUS she is....

My father told me recently something my mother said before she passed away.She said to my father..."she (meaning me) loves you more than she does me" I found this a very strange thing to say....when I looked at her chart she has Leo Moon...(her sun in cappy) Maybe this will explain what I am talking about... Eeeesshhh... I know what you mean. I've never been with a Leo (other than friendships) but the Libra placements can get us in trouble, can't it.  I've been accused of flirting and/or being overly nice so many times... I think some people see being polite and friendly as threatening???? I remember talking to my Aries father once about how men will sometimes take my friendliness as flirting. He said "you smile entirely too much and you are too interested in others". I even went through a spell where I would restrain myself to prevent any mixed signals from occurring. Then I thought, I'm not doing anything wrong... if I can't be genuine and act myself, that's not my problem. The key is to always be respectful of the other person... then if she/he is still getting jealous, well, that's something they have to sort out. I know this didn't really help answer your Leo question... just wanted to say that I understand what you're talking about. Edit - There is a difference between being friendly and flirting. If the other person can't tell the difference and wants you to cut off a part of your personality... well, that's being pretty selfish really. Edit 2 - I also wanted to add that you may need to reassure her. I make it a point talk about the person I'm with in front of others. I'm always saying something positive about him. Others know without a doubt that I'm involved and appreciate him... Little things like this really help the other person feel secure... and if you like/love them, it's worth all the extra effort for them to feel appreciated.

To second, third, and quadruple, what other's have said. There is a lot to be said about her ego. Feed it, you'll be fine. She see's your flirting as a lack of respect of WHO SHE IS. In her mind, you would never stand in the presense of a queen and compare the queen to other lesser nobles in her land. Sounds like we can be horribly unfair, but we just know our worth (or pretend to).. at any rate: Let her know that she is GREAT and you chose her because of that. (often with flowers, words, dinner, a puppy...) Leo's are great people, but they need to feel appreciated and respected. IP: Logged | |
