I have only read the beginning of this but I am printing it out to read later. I really need this right now. And I am so happy that I found this because it is confirmation that the steps that I am taking in this area are being recognized and here is this article to help with my progress!!! I just this weekend was talking to women from one of my AA meetings and they told me about one group in particular that deals with co-dependency. I'm definitely going to check that meeting out!

Thank you, Peri. I don't know if this thread is still alive but I loved it. It is so true and I am ready now to do what it says.
Maybe, you have to hit so many bottoms doing it the other co-dependent way that you just surrender. Ami
