I'd like to bring up the whole porno **** thing young girls have going on on the dance floor. I don't mind sexy moves, but the grinding and rubbing their hands and mouths on each other is beyond me. And I can't even say "Get a Room" because that's not what it's about. It's not about them getting into each other in some uncontrolled P.D.A. way - it's some sort of tool to turn on dumb-ass men. I would just like to say that this generational point I completely agree with but that it isn't restricted to just women obviously.I think the definition of "class" relating to personal conduct will soon be removed from the dictionary the way things are going. I have read with interest and cracking up with this thread Sue. Having recently experienced the ultimate of a "friend" crossing a line (not to mention one who was also MARRIED with 3 young children mind you) doing this to me. I can totally see where you are coming from...sad and pathetic it is. I have never thought of myself as the jealous type I kind of think of it as more territorality than jealousy. Something is mine and not sharable soemone else cannot have it--- I don't care. If it is sharable no problem---just give it back when you are done..he he he.I had another thought about the flirting thing too. I have plenty of MARRIED men flirt with me---the single ones don't seem to--I think they are too scared because I just might act on it...the married ones flirt because it is safe to do so...(most of the time) at least with me it is --if I know a man is married I can flirt harmlessly back with them and it is no more than a friendly exchange and I never take them seriously...would I do it if their wife was present?? hell no! that would be wrong to do it in front of her--- its just uncouth. I have more respect for the fact that they are married to so something like that. ------------------

Thanks Hippichick and Teaologist for enjoying my rant!  I have at least 2 solid one's in me a day. LOL But Lioneye, I know what you're talking about. I've been through that too. But I get it. On the other woman's part. I mean, she knows she'll never have him. Which is why she feels it's safe enough to do what she does while you're standing there. Basically, she's just capturing a moment for herself. So usually when that happens, I let her have it. Because the reality of it is pretty sad. And if it happens again, just stand there and smile at her with a twinkle in your eye, and let her do her thing, she'll feel real low. Especially as you to sweep by her. But as you pass, just playfully rub his shoulder or something. Don't overdo it though, just enough to make him look at you with that appreciative glance.  It always works! IP: Logged |

Oh why didn't I see this thread before?Yeah. I deal with all this the time... right in front of me, seriously. I find it to be rude. I just try to keep control... and sometimes even be friendly to them. Sometimes I look at them with an amused look in my eye, and take great pleasure in walking past them as we leave.
