Hey all,Okay, heres the deal. As a Saagie female....am I too "open book" for a scorpio? With venus and mars in libra and a leo moon i admire honesty and dislike secrecy. Somehow the time we spent together,the scorpio got so much info out of me! yet he didn't divulge as much....i felt like he could see through me...to my inner thoughts and feelings. We used to have lots of conversations, i think he has gemini moon and venus sag. But lately is fizzled out. I backed off and so did he.... Anyway, i think its an interesting combo IP: Logged |

Well this is from my perspective. I have a Sag girlfriend and to me she does not pay attention. With some signs you just have to have the ability to read them I guess. So many things went over her head that I caught instantly re: this guy. Not bad stuff but deep down stuff. Scorps are known for the secret stuff but if you have the ability to read them there is no secret to them at all. Well I am Pisces so it does not come real hard to me. I have a aunt that was married to a Sag and she is a scorp. He had to get up early in the morning to keep up with her, not in physical way either..She seemed to always have one up on him and not in a deliberate
way. Personally I don't think that Scorp and Sag is a good combo they square. But again you have to go deeper in the charts. I just think with Scorp ppl they need a person that can look at them almost and know whats up. Aquarius do the same thing as Scorps to me pull it all out of you and hide their stuff. But when you learn to read in between the lines and observe they are not that hard to figure out..Hold back on your stuff and see what happens. Scorpio and Sagittarius are semi-sextile signs.. It makes them very different from each other, with nothing in common at all.. But I think that semi-sextile is different from quincunx, as both aspects means having nothing in common, yet semi-sextile can work together and learn through the differences..Maybe it depends on also what house is your Sun in..
For example, I'm 8th house Arian and my bf 9th house Scorpio.. XD I guess it helps a bit..
Scorpios are very deep and complex inside, even if they appear to be simple.. sometimes, even they doesn't completely understand the complexity.. but they can be quite honest about their feelings, if there's trust and emotional connectivity.. astrology or not, even if a person doesn't tell much about himself/herself, by time we would come to know this person bit by bit, and become more able to read the subtle messages.. well, I happen to believe they get along beautifully. Many Sagittarians have Scorpio placements and many Scorpions have Sagittarian placements, which produces an easy understanding with each other and communication with each other. They both love to dwelve deeply into mysteries and "break on through to the other side".
Both value sincerity and realness. Sags are passionate in Love & Life and Scorpios are as well.
Scorpions might like to believe they know Sagittarians because Sagittarians are so (at times) vulnerably open and honest that Scorpios might presume they are an "open book". But Sags often have SO much exploration going on within and observing without, and fluctuation with the variety of life, that they can really never be pegged or 'figured out', because they are forever evolving/shifting into the next. Scorpios learn this in time. If a Scorpio presumes to know, they will be in for a surprise, because as soon as they presume, Sag will often revolt against the restriction they feel from being assumed/defined. Sags won't play games or manipulate for attention or affection. Nothing/no one is worth all that to them.
Neighboring signs, there is often a mutual respect and admiration that is intuitively felt between one another that surpasses the realm of words.Of course there can be tensions, especially if they have many soley Sag or Scorpio placements in their individual charts, but that has been the experience of this watery/earthy Sag. Lialei,I like what you said, I think you summed it up. I do think a million things and my ideas change and grow. I was atracted to the scorpio caused he loved to communicate! In bed and out...our "friendship" began by talking for hours. We shared ideas, argued about topics and both love to cook. We love travel too and exploring. I've been told I have a lot of piscean influence in my chart...perhaps that makes the chemsitry easier? i'm intertested in this match...i find it kinda electric. That's interesting, my boyfriend doesn't really care for secrecy....must be all the sag (including mercury). That's a really a relief for me though because I really don't need someone as paranoid as I am...it would drive me nuts. IP: Logged |

I have always has great Sag friends and I am a Scorp. Granted I have Sag Asc and Moon. Sags are friendly, honest and love life which, I think, attracts Scorp. However, I wouldn't trust a Sag if I was in a relationship. They can be very hard to pin down...once down they stay, but getting them there is the thing, I think.IP: Logged |

Commitment with Sagittarius is quite different between the sexes.I've known plenty of Sag males, and they all have serious difficulty committing. Most of the time they have the best of intentions, but life is just too big to be tied to one woman. For the same reason they often make poor fathers; a child's life will be passing by, while the Sag father is cliff jumping in the amazon. The Sagittarius women I've noticed, however, can be surprisingly clingly. In Sag fashion, they love adventure and people, but they are all the happier to have their boyfriend/husband join them. I've dated three Sags, all with mutable moons: a Gem Moon, a Sag Moon, and a Pisces Moon. We went rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and had a bunch of random road trips. Being a Scorpio, I love my private time and I need lots of it. Naturally, there were many occasions where I've had to let my Sagittariette go to have her fun without me, and my typical big scorpionic jealous streak never occurred. The Gem Moon and Pisces Moon were both in love with me (Sag-style, remember), and the female Sagittarius love is so incredibly honest and forthright that I've never had the slightest lack of trust. Sex is fun and passionate with Sag girls, but for all of their adventurous nature, I wish they could be a little more adventurous in bed. Their Sag-love is nowhere near as intense or profound as I would like. But admittedly, marriage to a Sag girl would probably bring a Scorpio guy like me a much happier and longer life. IP: Logged |

I'm a sag and many of my closest relationships have been with scorpios. My first best girlfriend was a scorpio, as was my first serious boyfriend. I probably like them and get along with them so well because I have a strong scorpio influence in my chart -- scorpio rising, mercury-uranus conjunction in scorpio, and pluto conjuncting my sun/moon midpoint. According to that Pullen astrology report at astro.com, scorpio is my second strongest sign. I definitely do feel its influence and people comment on it, most notably my strong need for alone time, respect for my own and other people's privacy, interest in reading between the lines, and, I'll admit it, secretive tendencies (ironic to admit being secretive  ). So I've certainly never had anyone complain about me being too much of an open book, although I have received complaints/comments stating the opposite. I think scorpios get along well with perceptive people who have integrity, who aren't too quick to expect complete openness because it would seem inauthentic to force intimacy's development rather than let it happen on its own. As long as someone has those attributes, I don't think a scorpio would mind a lack of mystery, but of course I refer to a general scorpio archetype and everyone's an individual and has their own complex chart that merely serves as a blueprint anyway.IP: Logged | |
