So there was this Aqua guy, very hot (IMO) and older, successful. Funny. Didn't bore me. We had pretty good synasty too - some challenging aspects, but about 5 double whammies and nice Mecury aspects. Some intense node aspects. I courted him for about 7 weeks, before it came apparent that I wasn't so easy about certain things and he was too occupied with his kids. So I backed off. He was very understanding. I haven't talked to him since.I'm not really regretting this, although I have that restless "So, what next?" feeling I get after a disappointment like that. But I keep obsessing over our synastry - maybe it's just left-over nervous, restless energy that I was putting into courting him that needs an outlet. I'm trying not to obsess, but find other things to take my focus. The weird thing is, it seems that since I threw in the towel with this Aqua, everyday here at LL, someone has to go post a topic about some aspect that that Aqua has natally or we had in synastry. And everytime, it just revamps my obsession. I just don't need this - I've look at his chart to the put I have even the cusps memorized and midpoints, I swear. I don't need to be spending energy on going over our synastry, rethinking the double whammies or nodal aspects or whatever. I don't think there's anything more I'm going milk out that, so it's like I'm getting sucked into a futile cycle. And I hate that. *grrrrr* Maybe I just needed to vent a little abut that. LOL. Or maybe I just need to find a new hottie and obsess over his chart?  IP: Logged |

Absolutely, temporary distractions are great when you are waiting while he is looking for himself out there...  Maybe those aspects are trying to tell you something? That you can be patient and wait... or that he isn't the right one to get deeply involved with... ? Everything happens for a reason, the trick is figuring out the reasons...  ------------------

I don't have any plans of hooking up with this guy again any time soon. But if he comes back into my life later on, then hey.I just hate feeling so restless like this. I'm such a Gemini - I want a man around to focus my nervous, scattered energy on. ANd when I've had a man arund, and then he's not around anymore, I kind of go bonkers until i level out again. I just need to laugh at myself for all this silliness really. I spent the evening preening and beautifying myself. Gave myself a facial, etc. etc. I needed to do something anrcissistic with this energy.  I've got my hair all up in curlers and clips - I'm going to blow dry it tonight before bed. I'll look so ravishing in the morning. I'm sure the 4th graders I work with this Friday will appreciate it. LOL.

When I go out I spend 1/2 the day preening like it's prom night. I love to listen to music and light candles and soak and moisturize and do my nails etc. I understand completely!

Gem  I have noticed there is an upsurge in the energy around people obsessing over each other lol!!!! No, seriously the air is thick with it. I think we may be going through a time where people, more than ever, are seeking "union" This is a part of the "shift" i spoke of before.... What was important a few years ago, has now become insignificant... We have more of a need now, than ever to merge... Unfortunately, the more we open up our hearts, the more likely we are to feel the pains too...

Hiii...Im new here..I was registered as Binky, but changed my name. Do none of you know how to cast a chart...synastry chart and " read" it. I dont think I have many skills in this art. IF you can't Great. It is nice to meet you. I havnt been on a Linda page since www.lindagoodman.com.  I miss that web page...was it awesome or what???
