LOL...kinda sad, but I think you may be onto something there. The way my personal life has been unfolding...I'd be half tempted to put myself into that category as well.IP: Logged |

Welll... If you're a Gemini, than that statement would have more deeper meaning Lol!But seriously, I really am starting to think that I don't anyone else to complete me. I have lived quite independent for most of my life. Sure parents where there in the begining but they instilled the idea of self-empowerment in me and my Bros. I truly believe that I don't need a life partner to be happy. If by some fateful meeting, I do end up with one then its the more wonderful . However, I am not gonna sulk over an absence of another being in my life if I don't feel the need of their presence. IP: Logged |

LOL i have to disagree, im a Gemini and im so not my own soulmate, im always looking for my other half. usually Geminis seek their "twin". So far...dont know how the search is going lol (sun uranus opposition in my own chart is causing more chaos than it ever did in the actual relationship AND IM HAPPY ha!) quote: But seriously, I really am starting to think that I don't anyone else to complete me.
Awww but you're a Libra *big hug* quote: I truly believe that I don't need a life partner to be happy. If by some fateful meeting, I do end up with one then its the more wonderful . However, I am not gonna sulk over an absence of another being in my life if I don't feel the need of their presence.

I truly believe that I don't need a life partner to be happy. That's actually what will DRAW your Twin Soul to you! It's usually when you're happy with yourself and don't NEED to find your Twin soul that he/she appears. I used to think that I just didn't have a twin soul, but I never thought I was my own twin soul. Are there a lot of planets opposite your sun sign? That might add to your feeling of completion because you have attributes from two opposites, so it's almost like you're a complete ying yang (that's how I used to view myself, anyway). Another thing I read (I've been doing a lot of soul mate/twin soul research within the past few days) is that Twin Souls typically don't incarnate at the same time, so it's like your twin soul that isn't on earth is guiding you through your life as you make up for Karmic debt, then perhaps you'll do the same for him/her once you return to the Universe. I'm not completely sure, but I don't believe that you are meant to be alone; everyone has someone, and if you want encouragement (if that's the reason you posted this, that is; you may have just been curious.) then you might want to read 2150 AD; it has a lot of interesting information about soul mates/twin souls from a man whose astral traveled to 2150 every night via a connection with his twin soul.... That book changed my life. Anyway, I hope this information helped! Take care! ~ Gypsy IP: Logged |

I am my own Soulmate and yes I am a Gemini. LMAO! I don't seek another half because I am a whole being and not "missing" anything. I am searching for someone that complements me and brings their own fresh energy and perspective to the table.------------------ It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are fool than to open it and remove all doubt. -Mark Twain IP: Logged |

it was mark Twain that said that! heheYou could not have one without the other..for there is an opposite to each.. In each of the creation stories, and MYthological...there is MOther and Father each was created with a mate This for me, I know as Truth as Linda did. ... each has come back always to re-unite and heal/save from this material existence to know the Soul... as above so below you are together in Heaven never apart for you are 2 in 1 reminds me of Minerva giving a soul in the form of a butterfly Twin Souls make you whole it takes two Baby! me and you... . that's how it has been shone to me..I do not expect you to accept my Truth... you must go within, to find your Own... Hi! no I didn't post this to be encouraged or reassured that 'someone is out there for me' altho i think i believe that when you are feeling whole and happy with yourself and not seeking someone-they appear. I was married once and have borne three children who are all adults now. i have this thing about the difference between love and respect and how I could more easily be with a man i respected than one i loved but didn't respect. It is that i do get along with myself-can count on me to be there for me, enjoy myself in the universe with myself, and do not seek another to balance me out in any way. Now thru hard times and such as raising my kids alone maybe i have become self sufficient or just plain self-ish! i do not wish to sacrifice ANYTHING just to encourage some guy to be around-no matter how special he seems. in the way i think of it, my 'twin soul', if i am not my own, would be a rare find indeed. Or maybe because of things I have survived, i am now too eccentrically SELF centered so 'that' part no longer functions or feels a need to function. i have had some very passionate times of life but still did not feel the need to 'team up' or couple off-even tho some might have thought I was. Please go on and add to this or your other replies as i am most curious if others feel as I do (I know our darling Lotusheartone does not and writes so beautifully why not). i also feel there is no longer 'time' on this Earth for wasted energy. I believe much relies on our intent to love this planet and universe back to health and peace. Please add a reply about your twin soul or soulmate, your belief or dis-belief in one, or your contentment with your own s-elf! Love, Tuxedo meowIP: Logged |

you know what is funny, this being whole without a twin, or being your own soulmate... last year Pink Fairy had me convinced, that it was an illusion, no other half...but I went within, and kept at it... I have been alone for 9 years, raising my two daughters, I am happy, I am a whole person, in that, I know that only I can make me happy, it's up to me... I still, however, cannot wait to be re-united, with my other half... . why is the word WIN in Twin? IP: Logged |

LMAO.
Anyways, I go back and forth everyday between believing that soulmates/connections exist and not believing they do and thinking its just over-romanticism. Its just another one the joys of having a 3HMars brain (it just never shuts off for me*sigh*).

Tux and LotusI like what you both have to say~~~ I, am raising two teenage daughters myself and am quite happy by myself. I have found that as I have grown, sprirtually, emotionally, etc. that I make fewer and fewer allowances where men are concerned and I have become increasingly happy with myself alone. Not to say that someone will never come into my life again~~~ I think all the men who have come my way were not per chance and very deep connections in their own right they were. Those "relationships" served their pourposes for correcting karma and learning and then they were finished, in the physical form anyway... I have often thought lately that it would take me in a man's body to really connect with me most fully on a soul level. And until that man/soul comes around I am quite fine with ME. hippichick, that's it in a nutshell, being happy, without a mate, being independent...Loving OneSelf... being content. ... but, oh we were made to LOve, and have a partner, and someday when it is right, if it is right, we will finally be re-unted with that One, the One and Only... in the meantime I LOve MySelf, I'm happy, and I'm having fun raising my teenage daughters, just hearing them in their fits of giggles makes me all warm and fuzzy, hehe and when you have reached this point in the journey the average person you meet... would think people like us, are from outer Space ahahahahaha Star Seeds Indeed... The fact that we are here at LL shows, that we have advanced to a level of understanding The Secret Codes of The Universe and all the mysteries to be revealed. ...

I believe that pets I have that have died are my soul mates.Especially, when they die. I realize the pain of loosing my babies and how our souls made a connection because they are part of my life. ------------------ I know you see me looking at you and you already know......I wanna love you, you already know. *----------* Gemini/Cancer cusp Cancer Ascendant Mercury Gemini Taurus Moon *29 Venus Taurus Mars Libra IP: Logged |

Yes, Lotus, I will agree again!!!It "gnaws" at me that we were created not alone, but amoungst others. And while I support and embrace the gay/lesbian population, I think Divinity has a perfect plan for man and women.... Having said that----I have increased standards in my 44 years of earth life and will not "go there" with just any man.... Sweet Stars: my late husband was always awe-struck by the fact that god is dog spelled backward. His theory of Snoopy was that he was the "god" symbolism of The Peanuts. I LOVE my animals, too! There are times in my life where, possibly because of my abundance of masculine signs, I think about how I am and realize I am the perfect man for myself. I mean, I'm artsy, spiritual, write poetry, I'm funny and I stand up for myself. And ********* , I pay attention. IP: Logged |
