I was coming home from a dance with my mum, sister, and boyfriend; my boyfriend and I were sitting in the back seat just holding hands, not even really looking at each other and the WEIRDEST thing happened! I had cleansed my chakras earlier in a meditation, and my orange one just came to life and started BURNING; it actually hurt it was so intense at some times! I don't know whether or not my boyfriend felt it or not, but it was strong and I believe he's the one that awakened it... I'm going to research the orange chakra now, because all I know is that it is the center of creativity... if you have ANY imput, please tell me! Whoa, that's cool! Here's a little tidbit I found...some basic info on it:Orange Chakra Also known as: Sensation Center, Spleen Chakra, Hara, Svadhisthana Body Mind Associations are the following:
- Location: The center of the abdomen
- Color: Orange
- Parts of the body: Reproductive system, sexual organs, lumbar plexus
- Endocrine gland: Gonads
- Sense: Sense of taste, appetite Consciousness: This chakra is associated with the parts of the consciousness concerned with food and sex. It is about the body's communication to the Being inside, about what the body wants and needs, and what it finds pleasurable. The person's ability to have children is also associated with this chakra. If there is not a clear relationship with the element of water, associated with this chakra, the person's relationship with water is a reflection of their relationship with the parts of their consciousness associated with this chakra, i.e. food, sex, or having children. I didn't realise there were particular colours regarding the chakras.The few times I've meditated and tried to cleanse myself of my pisces the chakra chords connecting us were silvery white and bright (almost w a tinge of blue white light). I shouldn't have bothered because I've now pretty much accepted we're bound together, regardless of what happens between us. Is that white chakra simply the heart chakra colour or does it have significance too? IP: Logged |

A WHITE chakra? The only one that's white is the Crown Chakra, which is the spiritual one... and it's got gold and violet specs, typically. The Blue Chakra is the throat chakra, so maybe communication, or..? Maybe it's more of an aura than a chakra? My aura book said that white chakras symbolize purity or spiritual awareness, so maybe since you can actually see them and you KNOW that you're connected it's more of an awareness thing... That is fascinating, though; I can only see chakras when I meditate, so it's with my inner eye... of course, being in school still, I don't have as much time as I'd like to dedicate myself to my spiritual growth... but that's why I come to these websites and talk about everything.
