Good evening everyone

In the book Love Signs on the very last page (page 913) there is a quote "Pax et Bonum = Vernum et Unum" ("Seek the truth and it shall set you free." ...Can anyone tell me about this? Most importantly, what language is that? I tried google but all that really came up was what the quote meant when people used it like in blogs and stuff or they were pages in languages I can't read....
