Just need to vent:I can't believe I'm so taken with the Sag that chose his hometown gal over me! It was the moon conj. merury and the Venus/Pluto that's done me in. (I am the Pluto, though!) Also, my 12th house Sun and Venus suck!! I wasn't that taken with him when he was here, it was afterwards that I found myself obsessing with him. I'm so mad that I'm obsessing over him at all!! My saga is mostly on the astrology thread: he was an online fella that I was really into. We had 3 hour long conversations, constant IM's and emails for 2 months. Planned a bike trip together. Then he came out for a previsit, and ended up confessing he had just met and wanted to pursue someone that lives 1/2 miles from him~ so now we aren't in contact at all and I'm in serious withdrawal. I have emailed a little with another local Sag, but I'm just not taken with him, and not really attracted either. I HATE THIS. Why me? ? I've been solitary for a looooonnng time, and was just fine. And now this has totally thrown me for a loop. Sigh. And of course, in my life, I DON'T meet up with anyone that I connect more with, it's always wanting...Poop.

Oh I feel your pain hun!I've been talkin to a guy online,on the phone,and texting since last December, and in May he decided he wanted to be "committed" to a girl in his town.Luckily we do still talk,though not as much as I'd prefer.We just have to be patient.You never know...there may be someone even better on the horizon for you! Oh yea....I also have 12th house Sun & Venus.It kinda sucks!  But I like to think if this is the chart I chose to be born with then I must be strong enough to handle it,because we are never given more than we can handle!The same goes for you!I KNOW you'll get through this!!  ------------------

Aw, MoonDreamer, you're the best! I think I just needed to feel not so completely alone and nuts over this...it's just the story of my life: I like ones that don't reciprocate, others like me that I just can't see being with! I ENVY those that find mutual relationships all the time! I 'know' that I came with my chart, and I thought I had dealt with it, since I spent decades loving someone married to someone else - and accepting it as that's the way it is in this life. So I was unprepared for my reaction and *need* that arose with Sag guy. Like a pop quiz or something. Thanks again for sympathizing. It helps!! IP: Logged |

I feel for you. I know one person with sun/venus, and one with venus, in the 12th.I was going to say that love doesn't come easy to them. However, it does. They have love in 4 corners. But. . . that bugaboo venus in the 12th. I've only observed it, not felt it. Tho, I was MADLY in love with a man who has sun/venus in 12th and he drove me batty. I was there and ready. He only wanted me at the VERY tail end of my divorce, when I was still legally married. Once divorced, he split. Gone. I thought I was on to something so much better, then it was gone. It tripled the pain of my divorce. It took nearly 4 years to get over him. On top of that, his venus was Rx, and sat on top of my s.node. Maria Shaw says if you share this aspect, SN can fall madly in love with Venus, who completely rejects/ignores SN, because the SN hurt the venus in a past life. Ugh. What does one do with a hard placement?
Is there a way to overcome it?
You sound so despondent, I just feel bad for you. I wish I had a magic wand and could just *POOF* make it all better. I'm so sorry.
