His SN is conjunct my Sun, Venus and Ascendant (as well as Isis). These all reside in my 12th house and conjunct Saturn in his 10th. And of course, since his SN conjuncts my ASC, his NN also conjuncts my DSC.

He's an actor who is probably about to get (very?) famous. Could this have something to do with his career (10th H)? I cannot see how when it involves Sun, Venus and Ascendant. Whatever the karma might be, it feels distinctly personal.

Also, he is technically in a relationship, but it's an open one. I am not into that sort of thing - I'm a one man kind of gal. I know he wants to...well, you know. And I have to tell him that I'm not about getting it on with someone in a relationship, regardless of the fact that it's 'open'. I don't judge it, but it's not for me.

What do you think these placements might indicate? There is a link below to a previous LL thread on the Nodes and karma but it feels all too vague to me.

Opinions appreciated.

With that particular conjunction in the 12th house, it's already suggesting that he's a secret and you'll probably keep him a secret. Venus and Sun to the Nodal Axis suggests that he really loves you, but then there is that Saturn-Venus conjunction, that's are hard one to figure out in your situation. It's interesting that even though he's saying he's got this freedom in his relationship, you still won't explore what this energy is between you both.

There may come a time when you change your mind and then he won't be able to, or something like that. Venus conjunct Saturn, Saturn places control factors on love relationship trying to get off the ground, but it is also an aspect that acts like glue in many respects.

It's a funny thing because if I would have met him a couple years ago, I would have considered it more seriously. We have excellent sexual chemistry, but these days I'm not willing to sacrifice intimacy, or to pretend it's there when it's not.
