Guys don't care if you're friends with other guys. But when you're sitting next to us, and some random guy walks into the room and you jump up and tackle him, without even introducing us, yeah, it ****** us off. It doesn't help if you sit there and talk to him for ten minutes without even acknowledging the fact that we're still there. We don't care if a guy calls OR TEXTS you, but at 2 in the morning we do get a little concerned. Nothing is that important at 2 a.m. that it can't wait till the morning. Also, when we tell you you're pretty/ beautiful/ gorgeous/ cute/ stunning, we freaking mean it. Don't tell us we're wrong. We'll stop trying to convince you. The sexiest thing about a girl is confidence. Yeah, you can quote me. Don't be mad when we hold the door open. Take Advantage of the mood I'm in. let us pay for you! don't "feel bad" We enjoy doing it. It's expected. Smile and say "thank you." Kiss us when no one's watching. If you kiss us when you know somebody's looking, we'll be more impressed. You don't have to get dressed up for us. If we're going out with you in the first place, you don't have to feel the need to wear the shortest skirt you have or put on every kind of makeup you own. We like you for who you are and not what you are. honestly, i think a girl looks more beautiful when she's just in her pj's. or my shirt and boxers, not all dolled up Don't take everything we say seriously. [=))] Sarcasm is a beautiful thing. See the beauty in it. Don't get angry easily. Stop using magazines/media as your bible. "Don't talk about how hot Chris Brown, Brad Pitt, or Jesse McCartney is in front of us". It's boring, and we don't care. You have friends for that. Whatever happened to the word "handsome"/"beautiful" i'd be utterly stunned by a girl who greeted me with "Hey handsome!" instead of "Hey baby/ stud/ cutie/ sexy" or whatever else you can think of. on the other hand I'm not saying i wouldn't like it ether ; ) Girls, I cannot stress this enough: if you aren't being treated right by a guy, don't wait for him to change. ditch his sorry ASS,he's a disgrace to the male population and find someone who will treat you with utter respect. Someone who will honor your morals. Someone who will make you smile when you're at your lowest. Someone who will care for you even when you make mistakes. Someone who will love you, no matter how bad you make them feel. Someone who will stop what they're doing just to look you in the eyes....and say "i love you" ..and actually mean it.

It's so funny because I was just thinking this morning how there are few (if any) guys who write on this forum about problems thay are having in love. You never see a plea from men, for chart readings or transit checks to see why they have been dumped/ are not loved enough/ been messed around so this leads me to several possible conclusions 1. Men just like to be fed, watered, have sex on a regular basis and are not really bothered where it comes from as long as it does 2. We women are just too damned bothered about every aspect of relationships and will worry it to death trying always to find an answer for every aspect of a mans behaviour. 3. Men fundamentally just want an easy life and will choose a more amenable partner over a drama queen (see No 1) 4. Us women have a hard time grasping that concept. I would be interested in your opinions on this because if you men could just tell us what you want (unlike women who I truly believe haven't a clue what they actually want) Oh my God!!! Wouldn't life be easier. Go on baby! Enlighten us!!!! And please...there is no offence meant here. It is just refreshing to have a mans take on relationships..be brutal...we can take it. IP: Logged |

What if it's someone unimportant, and not worth introducing? I have done this sometimes and it is because I just don't know how to introduce the guy I tackled. Sometimes it is because the guy I am tackling is an ex and to introduce him would create many questions or cause unwarranted insecurities in the my guy. I'd rather save him the bother. We don't care if a guy calls OR TEXTS you, but at 2 in the morning we do get a little concerned.
Nothing is that important at 2 a.m. that it can't wait till the morning. I have guy friends who text me late at night, but if I am with my guy, I don't reply to the text until the next day. Also, when we tell you you're pretty/ beautiful/ gorgeous/ cute/ stunning, we freaking mean it. Don't tell us we're wrong. We'll stop trying to convince you. Take Advantage of the mood I'm in. let us pay for you! don't "feel bad" We enjoy doing it. It's expected. Smile and say "thank you." I like a guy taking the traditional male role of being chivalrous and well mannered, so I love to have doors opened for me, bills paid, flowers, te works. I am a hopeless romantic Kiss us when no one's watching. If you kiss us when you know somebody's looking, we'll be more impressed. Shall do! You don't have to get dressed up for us. If we're going out with you in the first place, you don't have to feel the need to wear the shortest skirt you have or put on every kind of makeup you own. We like you for who you are and not what you are. honestly, i think a girl looks more beautiful when she's just in her pj's. or my shirt and boxers, not all dolled up I have been told this but I never believe it. I look like cr@p when I am not made up, or that's what I think. "Don't talk about how hot Chris Brown, Brad Pitt, or Jesse McCartney is in front of us". It's boring, and we don't care. You have friends for that. I do that to puncture your blown up head so that you can know that there are hotter guys out there and that you're not god's gift to mankind, but god's gift to me. Girls, I cannot stress this enough: if you aren't being treated right by a guy, don't wait for him to change. ditch his sorry ASS,he's a disgrace to the male population and find someone who will treat you with utter respect.

BUNNIES! you read the libra or scorpio board on another forum. hahaha! yes, i am a girl. this thing was forwarded to me by a friend and i just reposted here. i think it was written by that often-quoted Greek guy named Anonymous. i asked some male friends and they say it definitely sounds like something written by a guy, a nice one at that. MY TAKE: rules/expectations set during the initial stage of the relationship helps a lot. early in the relationship i tell my BF that i will introduce him only to people that matter to me... or those whose acquaintance with him may in the future prove beneficial to either parties (like work, business etc). i tell him who are my male friends, what they are like and how close i am to them. so that when these guys call or text me at ungodly hours or if i talk with them for an hour or so my BF will understand. (i have artist friends who stay up late and would text/call at 3am or so). i tell him that he should compliment me or how i look ONLY when he means it. i am not comfortable wearing overly sexy almost-not-there outfits when im out with a BF. i go for "decently sexy". i tell him that even if i gush over some hollywood hunk i will not trade him for that guy. and i am comfortable with him drooling when he watches angelina jolie or the pussycat dolls. deuxantares. I saw that you had posted on "Ask the oracle" and I realised that question was definitely worded by a woman.Meanwhile Soul Unions will obviously remain the domain of us girls. Men can go back to sitting one leg over the arm of the chair, one hand down their pants, the other clutching the tv remote and getting that glazed look whenever they hear the words "Darling we need to talk" "Is there any chance of you helping me clean up? Oh my God! Have you just used the toilet? It's disgusting! IP: Logged |

I was just thinking, that's all, that if you were in the same area, or an area that I am going to frequent, we could talk about the trade. I am forever networking.
