LEXX, in some big cities in Germany where there are major counter-cultural scenes there is a tendency to be very liberated in this aspect, but not everywhere. lots of people still have prejudices. but when people have free minds, they really are free from ideas and concepts. it just exists. that's the way the world should be.

From what I have heard a few places in California and Washington State have some progressive areas where I would not be seen as too strange. Socially I can pass quite well as a total female when I shave and with the large bosom and long hair, no one is the wiser. I'd rather pass as a man, but I make a homely short man with boobs. Oh well. My closest friends and partner accept me as I really am. However its like the knight in the movie "Ladyhawk", I can never touch and be touched as who I really am.

I was so afraid to let everyone here know. A few who knew were very kind, but a few who knew were not. I finally got tired of hiding and having to explain why I do not understand women, but am trying to understand them. And I wanted folks to relate to me not the perceived version. Even with them forcing my body into female mode by removing my boy bits/altering the rest to be more female in appearance, and subjected to radiation and hormones, my psychological identity confirmed as 98% to 100% male. Its funny how I have had folks tell me I should just accept myself as female. Uh huh. Tell that to a man who had been castrated and lost his male member and function. Tell him whilst he can still grow a beard, tell him, well dude, just be a woman now! Here take these pills and grow big breasts too!
Yeah right!
I feel violated by the doctors, raped and mutilated, and forced to take hormones which have led to health troubles later on.
Forgive me for ranting.

Thanks for your honesty, and sharing your story here is a very humble thing to do; not only it can help open some people's mind, you are also informing about this whole situation!- (I didn't even know about all these, about babies being born androgyne and what happened to them- ).

Most folks have been wonderful and accepting, but a few have been horrible and rejected me in cruel ways, some folks I thought were friends, and even my family want nothing to do with me.
Few know how to react to me in my offline life.
I tend to treat the ladies as a gentleman or as gay man would. Straight women, Lesbians, and straight men, usually think I am a lesbian or bi when they sense my masculinity.
Gay men at first think I am a fag hag, a term I totally detest!
Once they get to know me, most accept my being in truth a gay man, but sadly a gay man
without the proper physical equipment. But it has been the gay men who can most easily accept my being androgyne in the relationship arena.
I have been through all the psych tests and they end up looking at me sadly, and say things like, "its too bad the FTM surgery has not been perfected, because what you need is to be turned into a 100% physical male, since you are about 98% to 100% male psychologically."
Well MTF has been perfected pretty well, but not FTM.

You and xrâräx and several others I had wanted to tell for some time. Thank you for not freaking!
I can now just be myself with all of you instead of being paranoid my secret will get out.
It is far far more than a mere sexuality thing. It is my psychological makeup.
Once folks learn to relate to me as they would towards a gay man/or androgyne psychologically...it works quite well!

I love the little kid and big teddy bear!
I had one bigger than me when I was little. He got worn out from all my hugging and dragging him around!
I missed that old bear for a long time.
I guess thats why I still collect too many stuffed toy creatures now...from bears, to dinosaurs, to owls, lizards, fish, all kinds of animals in my menagerie!
