In a synastry chart, where would one find how passionate two people are, when it comes to sex? Would you look at Venus, as that would spring to mind?

Look to Aries and Virgo cusp region. That's where your 8th houses are, respectively.

In the Aries 8th house falls Venus and Jupiter, and from what I can remember from my mind's eye, in he Virgo 8th house there is Sun, Mercury and Pluto (I am missing one planet)...

I say there is passion (say it with a French accent) and intensity, just off the top of my head, without having looked at other aspects that might contribute to another perspective.

I am looking at the chart and also at the Aries 8th House where Jupiter and Venus is, wheras in the Virgo 8th House, all I see is the Sun and Mercury and Pluto. What planet are you missing? I see no other planets in the Virgo 8th House.
This is ALL very new to me and I don't understand.

I thought I had missed a planet due to memory because I just looked at the chart briefly, but my memory served me correctly.

Sorry mate, I can't think right now, I'll just clarify the 8th house thing.

But that Aries region I was talking about begins on the Pisces cusp, and that's the inside person's 8th house, and because there (the outside person's Venus and Jupiter, which falls within that area, the 8th house) is activity there, it augers well for passion.

Venus - love, money, romance
Jupiter- expansion, fun, etc.
8th house - sex, transformation (death and rebirth
Pisces - imaginative, dreamy, fantasies,
Natural ruler of 8th House is Pluto - intensify, depth, etc.

Put those all together to get a picture of how the sex department pans out.

Your Pisces fella has 4 planets and an asteroid in your 7th house, and Venus and Jupiter in your 8th house (ooh la la!!)
Your Venus and Mars are in his 7th, and your Mercury, Sun and Pluto are in his 8th. That's a lot of activity and focus in the relationship houses

passion in particular relate to these houses. Relationships as a whole can be reflected all over the chart.

Sorry I don't have any insight-- I'm not good with synastry yet and your question prompted me to do my own research so I can (try to) learn.

Yeah, but is that one an astro-click? It looks like it, but maybe not. I haven't seen one there that looks like that. I always use the one under "extended chart selection."
