how do u relate to hte house ur venus is in? do u feel u find pleasure in this very area a lot or not so much.......i am curious...my damn saturn is in 7th with venus and it does my head in......... IP: Logged |

Awwww  my Venus is in the 9th house and i love that its being there..cause im fascinated with everything related to this house, especially with travels, and foreign cultures...i LOVE that i have friends from foreign countries,including the One i love.  For me, every culture or country is equal, i just cant stand when people discriminate others just because of his/her country or culture alone.
But in my case, Jupiter is also at the cusp of the 9th house, so it adds even more "urge" to explore this house. IP: Logged |

I have venus in the 9th, too.
It's ruling that house, in mutual reception to pluto, in retrograde, conjunct my Sun, Midheaven, and Uranus, in Scorpio.
(The Sun and Pluto are also in the 9th; with Pluto just past the cusp of the 8th, and the Sun just approaching the cusp of the 10th.)
I take a lot of pleasure in reading classic works, and exploring, teaching, and writing about metaphysical subjects.
Most of my girlfriends have been from far away places. I also have Jupiter in the 7th house, which would contribute to these tendencies.Venus with Saturn in the 7th house, I think, might have some talents (possibly hidden) in the arts.
You may be able to manifest your venusian energy in creative and definite ways.
You might look for a partner who is older or more mature, as well as attractive and gentle.
Although it may take time to find the right person, dont loose hope. You should eventually settle into a very solid and stable union.
The sign placement of Saturn and Venus is equally important, as are the aspects they make to each other, and to the other planets and points.
