I had a dream about my Aqua man some nights ago.

In short, he was trying to sell me to another man (would you belive it) and I ran away. I woke up totally frustrated.

(I don't know why I had that dream, as we live in Northern Europe and it's not a part of our culture to treat women like that...)

After hearing about my dream he has been behaving amused and happy, and I believe he thinks it would be a brilliant idea if only it was possible...

There is a book called The Mayor of Casterbridge by Thomas Hardy.
Michael Henchard sells his wife to a sailor at a country fair when he has had a few too many ales.
Read a chapter a night to your beloved as a statutory warning!!!

It's heavy going....because it's a classic but the marriage sale takes place in the first part.
Well when I say it's heavy going...I was forced to do it as part of the school curriculum when the only things that bothered me where
a. whether the teacher would notice the make up I had plastered on my face
and
b.whether the workmen next door would notice my fabulously made up 16 yr old face gazing longingly out of the window at them.

It's probably a rollicking good read!!!
