(If you can't find something on it, it probably means that it's not going to be a huge factor in your relationship.)I'm a little confused by the question in that you imply a conjunction by saying his/her Capricorn NN is "right on" your Cancerian descendant. If your Descendant is Cancer, then wouldn't his/her Cappy North Node oppose it?
If so, then his/her South Node conjuncts your Descendant. This means that the area where s/he's spent many lifetimes getting comfortable with (South Node) is conjunct the area in your chart that reflects your relationships with those around you and what you project onto others: what you need from them, want from them, what you are willing to take from them.
On the other side of that is his/her North Node conjunct your Ascendant, which you may be able to find synastry info on. In essense it implies that the lesson s/he needs to learn in this lifetime (North Node) coincides with the personality that you show the world (Your Ascendant).
My girlfriend and I have this, though the orb of our aspect is at its maximum. Same signs, too. She's got a Capricorn Ascendant (9 degrees), and my North Node is at 16 degrees Capricorn.
