Hi all..

The same moon sign.. sometimes its great. A friend of mine.. that I would like it to be more with share
ASC (me) conj. Sun almost exact less than .50' Mercury too. His Asc trines my Sun and Merc. but not as closely.
The kicker is that his sun/merc squares my moon yet we have the same moon sign.
We just can't get there. Lots of misunderstandings.. I half expected this and really kinda looked forward to the challenge. Now i'm just exhausted. I thought maybe having the same moon sign might soften the square. I'm now thinking it just expands it. We seem to be just fine on the light and casual. Go digging any further and we constantly say to each other. "I must have gotten the wrong idea"

topshelf, merc is in retrograde beginning yesterday... could account for misunderstandings?

I like your spirit when you said you were up for the challenge. I also understand your exhaustion. But what makes me think that there is still "hope" for your relationship with this person is the fact that even tho you two may misunderstand each other, it does not severe the relationship. You both go into a different perspective "light and casual". That's fine. You both know where your challenges are, but you both want to preserve your relationship (on whatever base works). This is a positive thing, believe me. I think with time, you will begin to understand what are the best ways to interact with each other and your communication will get better and you will find those "misunderstandings" occurring less and less.

That would explain the blower motor going out on my furnace this morning. It is only going to be about 10' here tonight.
Yes, got it fixed.. whew!

Back to mr. misunderstands me. He asked me to call him at work yesterday. He would be there late. He said he wanted to talk on the phone verses e-mail which was not going well. I just needed him to tell me what he was confused about. He said, "we can and will get this all straight". Then he doesn't answer the phone or contact me at all today.
It just seems flakey, not a good look for me. we'll see... He has an aqua venus.. i'll give him room.

Really do not know. I know how it feels as a woman. But we were chatting the other night, and we are so similiar it is scary. I don't really need to ask him what he is thinking cause i seem to know already.

In my experience about my ASC conj someone elses Sun, I'd say that I "get him", I know what he or she is all about. I can always share those things that the conj sign is all about with him/her bc we have that in common. But, I must say that it's not a guarantee that they "get me" or the core of my being. It's like I can come visit their place anytime, but they can't quite make it all the way to my ol' neighborhood... Not that they don't want to, our "homes" are just very different. I guess it has to do with the fact that my "home" is my Pisces Sun, and my Gemini ASC (their Sun) may have trouble understanding each other.

Also, about who is most attracted, I'd say the Gemini Sun guys has been fascinated by my (ASC) appearance first - but then again I noticed that they also had Gemini Mars - so maybe that's the trick? I've had other Gemini Mars men (without Gem Sun) and same thing there.. hmm..

For me, I always get along when my Moon conj someones Sun.

but where did u find that einstein quote, i wld like to send it to a friend who does not believe that famous scientists liked astrology

Crabbyfish, I am the same with my guy. I feel like I am drawn to him, but that the feeling isn't reciprocal, and am not happy when we're not in contact.

Our aspects are weird, and I started a thread on its behalf in Soul Unions.

Me: Sun in Aries
Moon in Cancer
ASC in Libra

Him: Sun in Virgo
Moon in Libra
ASC in Cancer

Our moons are still square.

I know this is an old thread and haven't read through it properly.....but what about if like with me and one of my friends, my moon is the same sign as his ascendant, what does that mean?
