this is my first time in lindaland so hi fellow linda fans. I've had lindas books on my shelf for 20plus years now and still refer to them constantly especially star signs and relationship signs. I find myself confused and wondered if any one could help me with the soul mate theory. Do we all have just one soul mate in the true lover/couple sense? Or is it possable to feel these intense feelings for more than 1 person? I am a very emotional person, find it difficult to control them. I am a pisces with a scorpio moon and aries rising. I have had a few awful relationships and am constantly trying to understand why. Sick of feeling like such a mess and falling in and out of love!! Help please. With my current partner for 7 months and not been easy though feels right. But made mistakes so many times before.

HI I am also a pisces but with a pisces moon and aries rising! I believe in soulmates. I put out my feelers for mine when I was about 27 after having found crap in all my other relationships. I really focused on sending out my vibes to find him. I met him online when I was 29, didn't know it at the time, but it was meant to be and after hit and miss,(he is much younger than me) we hooked up in real life when I was 32, I can say I love him more and more every day. We have been together now for 10 years! I really beleive in "thinking it" into really happening!

Hi Looking,I think the common consensus here is that the "mate" in Soul Mate refers more to the friend definition of "mate" than the lover definition. We have many Soul "Mates" that we are connected to more immediately closely than others in the larger sense (since we are all Ultimately connected as One) who come into our lives to teach us things and bring us messages and play roles that further our development or simply add to our enjoyment of life as the dramatic story it is... And then there is the "Twin" soul or "Twin" flame who seems to be the Yin to our Yang and vice versa... back from when the Universe was the One Blob and then split into the illusory "Two" as a Masculine energy of action and a feminine energy of reception... and then those two parts split in half again and again and again and again, much as cells divide... and right before you became the amount and flavor of energy you are today you were a larger whole that was then split in half as was every other "cell" and many believe that the longing we feel that is a part of the earthly love experience is to reunite with that other "half". The whole journey of life (lifetimes) might be to put those puzzle pieces back together to form the "Whole" again... though the separation is only an illusion "We" choose to maintain to play this existential game. I think the message from the Universe that resonates the most with me is that there is no hurry... it is the journey, rather than the destination. We are meant to find the beauty in the moment.

Hmmm I probably don't know how to post the info, I would love to know how our charts compare though! When we first met it was almost hypnotic, I can't explain it. I could hardly look in his eyes, they sucked my soul out of me, our souls were "making out" before we were. Now, THAT is crazy I know, if I put the feelings into words, it just ruins the meaning. If nothing else in my life ever happens, I am so blessed to find someone who gets me and loves me no matter what, how blessed is that? If I figureout how to post charts I will!

Hello, I am new here. I really could use some help. I value whatever insight anyone can give, and suggestions of what I should do. I believe I have met my soulmate, twin soul...I don't know. But we broke up in January, and I feel a void like never before, and my health has deteriorated dramatically. Here are the Aspects I am dealing with here with my ex:

My Saturn conjunct his Sun
My Saturn conjunct his Venus
My Mercury conjunct his Saturn
My Venus conjunct his Mars
My Saturn conjunct his Jupiter
My Sun conjunct his Venus
My Sun conjunct his Mercury
My Sun Trine His Moon
My Moon Trine his Pluto
My Mars Trine His Pluto His Sun Trine My Neptune
His Venus Trine My Neptune
His Mars Trine My Uranus
His Juno conjunct My Venus
His Mars Conjunct my Jupiter
His Midheaven conjunct my Vertex
His Pallas Conjunct My Moon
His Pluto conjunct my N. Node
My Mercury conjunct His N. Node
My Mercury conjunct his Lilith. The list goes on. I want us to get back together, but he keeps resisting. These conjunctions occur mainly in the 10th, and 11th, and 12th houses. I feel that there is so much more to this relationship to explore. I really miss him. How do I interpret this, and what do I do? Thank you

I loved that "our souls were making out before we did" I know what you mean. I felt like he saw right through me on our first meeting and it was a bit intimidating for this cap rising, however my scorpio moon rose to the occasion to meet his scorpio sun and we just looked at each other...lol. The astrology of it has recently hit me as I noticed the themes. At times it feels like it could end at any moment, even though I know it won't. nice to see the possibility of longevity you've offered. IP: Logged |
