Based on the aspects you listed, I'm not sure all of them would be considered double whammies. Different astrologers see DW's differetly. The way I learned it is that DW's must both be hard aspects, but really at the end of the day if each of your Moons are being aspected by the other's Pluto, the liklihood is that you will see those aspects being played out.

Pluto conjunct Pluto is generational so it's not going to have much of an impact on a synastry chart, unless one of you has at least one other planet conjuncting their Pluto. It would tell you more if you knew what houses each others Plutos fall into. Pluto sextile Neptune is also pretty common in synastries and is thus considered a somewhat generational aspect as well.

Pluto square Venus is a pretty possessive aspect. I have it in my own natal chart and once again, since Pluto moves so slowly, my Venus squares everyone else's Pluto too. So I'm kind of stuck with it.

The Pluto squares to Mars and Venus are indicative of chemistry for sure, but it means being aware of stuff like power struggles, obsessiveness, great sex...tra la la... as well.
