i dunno how much, if any of this is significant! i didn't realize psyche had anything to do with telepathy, per se. we also have psyche in the first house widely (10) conjunct ascendant. this could be significant, i guess, due to it's being the first planet after the ascendant?

okay and with my ex..

- my psyche is exactly conjunct his DC
- his psyche is conjunct my saturn, 2 deg (also ny NN, 9 deg).
- my psyche squares his NN (2), sextiles his sun (1), trines his mars (4)
- his psyche trines my chiron (4), and squares my mercury and mars (2).
- our psyches are trined, 4 deg.

in composite, the only aspect it makes is a sextile to venus, 4 deg, and a wide (10) conjunction to saturn.

I don't know what Psyche to Node would bring, but I've experienced both Venus conjunct NN and Moon conj NN. I would imagine that it would have a strong effect.

What jumps out at me are the Psyche/Moon and Psyche/Neptune connections. That seems, for some reason, to be a combination that produces telepathy of some nature. I've also noticed Psyche Neptune in composite for a lot of people who have that kind of connection. Thanks for looking into it for me. Those seem to be consistent w/ most people so far. Fun to learn this stuff!

it's interesting how there are moon aspects both ways in synastry and in our composite as well (to natal) for me and my boyfriend. it is a very emotional intuitive understanding; and fulfills us both at deep levels, as we tend to know how to nurture one another emotionally in a very intuitive way. whereas with my ex there are no moon aspects and it was more like a piscean TRIP than anything else. nothing really anchoring it. perhaps this feeling is also due to my SN being activated (conj. his pisces sun); that it wasn't really fulfilling and was more confusing and kinda akin to drowning in a way.

I'm not sure about the square. I started out looking only at conjunctions and oppositions, then noticed that the trines and sextiles were having an effect...it seems more that it's the combination of Psyche with moon and Neptune (most common), Sun is a biggie, and a few have mentioned Pluto. I think Psyche brings the psychic factor and the planet adds the way that the two people are psychic. (If you read through the thread, it goes into this a bit.) I think the conjunction has been the strongest case for a connection. Of course squares can be positive or negative...I guess we'll have to see with this one, but I expect you to take notes whilst on your dates and report back here. It could be using a spiritual gift for personal gain in a natal chart...maybe in synastry, it could be using your insight of the other person to woo them into dating you. (I'm just throwing out guesses here.)

I think that Pisces brings a general intuition to a native, but it depends on the planet that is in Pisces. I am a Pisces sun, w/ Chiron and Saturn conjuncting it. That brings a general empathy and ability to know what a person needs to heal or progress w/ an idea of a practical application. If someone touches that in synastry, so far that just means that I can hone in on that person a bit better.

But, if you're talking a Pisces moon (the moon having an edge on intuition to begin with) making a connection to someone else's moon, Neptune, or even sun...I can see how that could bring a psychic bond for sure.

I took a personal interest in snoop dogging what made specific people stand out because our abilities together were stronger than what we had apart. What I came up with were the Psyche connections. My strongest (and longest standing) is my Psyche conjunct his Sun. And it's a 4 degree orb. The tight orbs don't seem to matter with Psyche connections...just another observation.

Wow...and that concludes my morning thesis...lol.

Everything is coded in ones(1) and nones(0), or yes/no, or on/off if you like.

It's the basis of digital electronic circuitary and all modern computers operate on its principle. They have now developed electronic telepathy for use in disability assistive technology and other applications.

The binary number system was being played with in our far distant past. It is present in most 'systems' including I-ching, tarot, astrology, runes and other divination.

It is the system that the 'eye of Horus' uses as well as applications in linguistics/language, music and poetry.

Our sun and most stars appear to be in the binary system.

Basically electromagnetic fields can translate and encode with the use of the binary number system. Our brains have electromagnetic fields....

Communication involves a data sink/sensor to transfer and process/receive information.

I think, we develop these sensors through noticing similarities and differences, light and shade, ambiguity of symbols, presence and absence - probably most opposites. Once you can zero in on how symbols relate to electromagnetic fields/conditions you can start to translate and process. Astrological combinations would also heighten this kind of processing.

Possibly I kind of 'training' would require relaxed, focused, meditative attention and stilling our thoughts. Hence, isolation and solitude promote this kind of receptivity training. Many of us find this kind of stillness and solitude scary, and, some would find some related experiences frightening and conducive to nervous distress.

So yeah, possibly it just isn't enabled to some of us, and on the otherhand, those that come into trouble with it are possibly dealing with Karmic consequences. I think the best way to protect yourself in all developments in mind, body, spirit is to cultivate integrity and be mindful that you are truly at the mercy of divinity - anything can befall you in life so you have to try and be as brave as possible but remember the basic idea of kindness to others. Always try to maintain purity of intention or come as close to it as you can. Well some people can probably develop these abilities under an adverse personality but I wouldn't know their situation.
