with Sun in leo(children/sex/romance)...this helps with the children angle. You guys have rising in cancer together, which is very fertile sign, and shows together you're likely to get pregnant together, and venus in cancer adds ease and happiness with having a family/home together. i wouldnt worry about the saturn in the 5th. do you have 5th/4th house action in synastry?
