Here is a place to narrow down the field, put things out there, in writing, get specific, focus less on lack and more on what we already do and will have. A place to practice positively arranging our thoughts and futures. We may want to avoid using certain words or terms like, "don't", "not" or "do not have/want". A place where we do not demand for our every desire to manifest or every wish to be granted, but be happy with what we have right now and focus on how we might expand on this, and for the good of all involved. Then simply release it, become unattached to the outcome.Be creative. Post simple thoughts, lists, quick notes, long letters, make a collage (post pictures), song lyrics, quotes, poems - whatever!

how about a big thank you!
thank you for reflecting moonlight on cool water in the summertime and i thank you that i remember what it feels like to swim nude in the cool moon lit water and to be one with naturethank you for the miracle of birth and how the mundane everyday task of new life is amazing and special and miraculas every time it happens. thank you for flowers and art and music and beauty and trees and grass and painting the sky like it was an ever changing canvas. thank you for the smell after it rains.

Don't beat yourself up over Junior year and what happened between you and your bullies, what happened, happened forgive yourself and let it go because it's over and it's time to move on.Don't be afraid to try even if you think you might fail..you really don't know until you try Kat. Look to each new day as a new begining and stop looking through your yesterdays. No more crying yourself to asleep and feeling sorry for yourself because things didn't turn out the way you wanted them to. Let go of your exspectations and just LIVE! Stop worrying and just do it. Stay away from drugs and sex, it's not all that it's cracked up to be sweetheart and sure as hell isn't an escape route, so stop thinking about it. Continue to do your art and music and don't stop just because you get discouraged. Your not alone, until you learn to venture out into the world and see just how big it is compared to these four walls. But most of all my dear Kat...
