Okay, I trasnferred this topic from the general Astrology Forum to this one now. I'd so appreciate it, if someone took a look...Hi folks, last week I met a person (a man) who impressed me deeply - the meeting occured in a professional setting - and this is a very powerful man. Actually, from a professional point of view, he's kind of an opponent, my enemy! And the talk we had was very serious, about some problems and difficulties in our company. He is a higher-up-person in that company, we met for the first time. From all I had heard about him, I don't like him at all! BUT, BUT, BUT: There was a STRONG (!!!) tension in the air, while we were talking. There definitely was some "erotic" vibe in the air ... I am quite confused now. Somehow ... I feel a strong attraction to that man! Very strong. Unfortunately I don't know his birth date. He's 9 years older than me. Don't know whether he's married, divorced or whether he felt the same. This is our 1st-meeting-chart below. Looking at this, what struck me most is that clear-cut opposition from MOON-APHRODITE to SUN-ADONIS ... WOW! WOW! WOW! What else do you see in here? Your story instantly reminded me of the movie "You've Got Mail".  I love that movie. I don't know much about reading first meeting charts other than intuitively but I know I would think it was a good sign to see Saturn in Libra. MYSTIC MELODIE: Thanks for that idea! Well, Saturn is cj. Vertex in the 6th, almost cj. the DSC - and in fact, we met in a professional setting, he being in the powerful position, i'm his "subordinate" in a way ... Also Saturn/Vertex are squaring Pluto and MC ... Which is definitely telling about the circumstances ... Heavy, serious professional problems standing in the way of "free and playful communication" - AND it is more or less impossible or would provoke some social scandal if that man and I should start to flirt or even becoming a couple ... Should we ever enter an affair or love story, we would have to keep it in secret, at least inside the company...IP: Logged |

The NN is in Capricorn in the 11th... would that mean the destiny of your relationship is to be "professional" "friends"? Sun and Venus in Sag in the 8th house, so an expansive and exploratory, intense and transformative relationship?
Chiron conjunct Jupiter and Neptune (and Psyche) in the 12th... what do you think that means?
That Gemini moon must mean fluctuating emotions... and something to do with the 2nd house, material, possessions? All just guesses to help your brainstorming process.

Thanks once more - for your further input, MM! ;-) Yes, you've given me some more "food for thought". The NN you're mentioning ... actually, NN/SN have been at 22°Cap/Cancer that day - and this placement is closely conjunct/oppose my own natal Sun. My Sun is located at 23° Cancer ... in a way: No wonder, that "contacts" play(ed) a decisive role for me during that phase, while the transiting Nodes are running over my Sun ...
On that day, hours before we actually met for the spontaneously scheduled talk, I noticed some excitement creeping up inside of me, some jittery (?) nervousness - while I was anticipating our "crisis meeting" already. I thought of meeting him - and despite the fact that I had met him before and didn't notice anything then, this time ... I felt some strong thrill.And actually, when he wrote me an e-mail and called me and talked to me ... there definitely WAS something in the air, that didnt belong into a strict professional meeting. I'm a woman of 39, no teenager - I can TELL that there were some strong and weird and alluring ... "vibes" around the two of us. Exciting, but also a bit ... disturbing. I tried to get these vibes out of my mind and senses, while we were talking. But they kept on lingering within me for the next 3-5 days. Meanwhile, I feel a bit more "sober" and "down to earth" again. Maybe .... it was just a momentary "fling", a matter of a one-hour-crush or so, haha.
What I'll do: Observe the whole matter "from afar" for a while now. Actually, the chances that I meet that man "incidentally" are rare. He's working in a different building and on a different hierarchy-level. And I have no (practical) intentions to approach him further. All I found out so far is that he's got 2 kids from a prior marriage - obviously his (ex)-wife and him have parted ways a while ago, they don't live together anymore. That's what the rumours say. He's not really my "usual type" of man, anyway. And I bet that our "lifestyles" differ in many aspects, haha. Now it's the holiday season anyway, I won't be at work for more than 2 weeks soon. So ... I'll just see what will happen in January ... IF anything will happen at all. ;-) I am VERY SURE that - whith our next meeting - I'll be able to tell for sure: Whether this was just a momentary (and one-sided) short-time-attraction ... or whether something stronger is on here...
But I'll be back right here, as soon as there are news to tell about this matter - or as soon as I find out his birthdate.;-) IP: Logged |

Well, different lifestyles are an awesome thing, really. A new adventure!
