Topic: Sun conjunct pluto in synastry??????

Hi! My sun is exactly conjunct anothers pluto...I heard that he is obsessed with me, could this conjunction be the reason? Has anyone any experience with having someone's pluto directly on there sun? Who had the upper hand? When I say conjunction, I mean a 1 degree orb at most because of pluto being so slow to get around lolIP: Logged |

Yeah, it's generational, so I don't know. A lot of people who are born when Pluto is in late Virgo, for instance, have it right on my sun... but that hasn't necessarily meant anything in relationships.
I don't buy much into single aspects being a reason why X = Z. I feel it's got more to do with themes going on between both charts. So you should look at the WHOLE synastry, not just one aspect...otherwise you'll just be doing cookbook interpretations and not getting as much in-depth understanding of the synastry/relationship.For instance, with my ex he had in his natal an exact Pluto/Venus square, and we were the same age so my Pluto squared his Venus exactly lol.
There were a lot of power struggles, and ONE of them was this aspect (he also had his Mars in my 8th, and we had an 8th house Scorpio stellium in the composite chart).
He also had problems reconciling the Pluto/Venus aspect in his own chart, so of course he would 'play it out' in relationships badly. The other person was always the bad guy who was bringing out darker stuff in him...he didn't embrace that facet in himself so he just projected it. I have Venus Scorpio and Pluto 7th house, so I am kind of at home with the its energies. Depth doesn't scare me. Also, keep in mind that Pluto doesn't always have the upper hand. Pluto WANTS the upper hand because Pluto tends to be obsessive. So Pluto will usually just appear to dominate whatever personal planet...and if that person is vulnerable to Pluto, then they will feel it as very strong fascination, intrigue, etc.
But Pluto is just susceptible - if not more so, because Pluto needs control most of the time. So maybe the question is, are you obsessed with him, or just obsessed with his obsession of you

Myvirgomask, im mulling over that answer...maybe I am just obsessed with his obsession over me...i have my sun conj pluto and merc conj pluto so i guess its very apt that I would be obsessive lol.IP: Logged |

I have Mercury conjunct Pluto in my chart too lol. Obsession is my middle name 
If you have sun conj Pluto in your own chart then it fuels the fire !
Most likely he is pretty hung up on you since you have all that Pluto going on. It can be irresistible. IP: Logged | |
