Ok so, so far this year I've reconnected with my oldest friend who I fell for, an ex who stole from me is back in contact and we're all forgiven and friends again and now another ex who broke my heart into tiny little pieces about 20 years ago reappears. He's apologised profusely for his behaviour which really cleared the air and I think we're becoming good friends. Is anyone else experiencing this 'air clearing' with exes this year or reconnecting with people from your past? It's been a bit of a rollercoaster but ultimately a positive thing as I feel we've laid old ghosts to rest and moved on. IP: Logged |

This is the synastry between me and the heartbreaker - can't be certain of his time of birth but he said wee small hours and he fits Cancer asc perfectly. I'm on the outside.  IP: Logged |

I have the same Seeker. I am still in contact with ex's involved, but experienced a form of 'closure' with both of the signigicant ones in Feb/Mar. It's been a really positive thing, and I feel more settled than I have for a long time.IP: Logged |

Eskimono I envy you! Things have just got decidedly weird this end! From thinking we were going to be friends both the exes have now started to ask about the possibility of being more again... and on the very same day! Got messages from them both on FB yesterday in the space of a few mins... the only thing keeping me from thinking it's a set up is that they don't know each other or even know of each other! If someone told me about this I'd think 'what are you complaining about, it's flattering and exciting?!' and I suppose on one level it is, but in reality it's now getting uncomfortable. Think I might have to cut ties. I was hoping for friendship and perhaps an answer to old mysteries but it seems there must be some sort of transit causing sleeping dogs to jump up very much wide awake!  There are big synastry clues to the reasons we still have this 'attachment' for want of a better word - with one I have a Sun/Moon conjunction and his Asc conjuncts my Sun, and with the one who broke my heart (see above chart) I have Sun oppose Moon and my Asc conjuncts his Sun. We also just manage a Venus/Mars conjunction with a 6 degree orb so it's kind of easy to see why we magnetise I suppose. I think they're attracted to an image they've built up in their memories of me rather than the real me. I have a feeling Neptune might be the culprit somewhere in all of this, weaving some sort of illusion. Will look into what's transiting and see if I can work out what it is. IP: Logged |

Seeker3030, I totally feel you. It's been an interesting year so far to say the least.So far, I've connected for the first time with my half-sister (and niece), finally found peace with my absent father, and mended fences/rekindled friendship with a best friend/"longtime crush". And in all cases, it seems like the baggage and fears just melted away so smoothly, it was like magic. I just had the best friend finally admit to me today that he had a crush on me before, and he was scared to say anything because he didn't want to ruin our friendship, which I really appreciate knowing just because it brings peace to my mind and coming from a Gemini man, it's a double shocker he was able to be direct. It's not like we're going to get together cause I am in a serious relationship now and engaged, but to finally know he felt the emotional tides between us I felt back then too brings me such a warm feeling. My half-sister has been nothing but open-minded and welcoming of our connection and the timing just feels so right. It's so awesome to discover another with whom I share a blood tie, especially since I was raised with very little knowledge of and no contact with my father or his family. My father is still absent, but I've come to peace with who he is, finally understanding he has done the best he can, and he's just the right father for me to walk the path I am on in this lifetime. I'd love to know what major transits are going on in your chart so we can compare... ------------------

I think it's from the eclipses on your AC/DC axis, especially your moon.
I've had a similar experience and I had an eclipse on my IC/MC. IC is a lot like the moon, especially since it's my IC ruler, as well as the traditional ruler of the IC. My MC ruler is sat, which is on my AC. So, AC/Moon/DC is affected for me too. In my case, they all sought me out. I just put it together looking at your chart. I don't see any transits that are responsible (from what I can see of your chart in a synastry, anyway).

Yes I have as well, but more air clearing in regards to getting rid of old baggage old friends and old relationships and getting a totally new set of friends, relationship and things that were stagnant and holding me back are now moving forward and being lifted.
A couple of close and long friendships (10 + years) that have had niggling unsaid undercurrents for years have also had these addressed this year and moving on fresh forward with them. This is the year that feels fated and is setting up foundations for the next 10 year rollercoaster!  I hope you are enjoying and getting a lot out of the year so far IP: Logged |

Thanks so much for taking a look Diana - yeah Moon would seem to hit the nail on the head because it's been emotional to say the least! It's almost like an emotional spring clean, clearing out the baggage of the last 20 odd years and finding out who i am now. It's quite empowering - i've started to take note of my true feelings and go with them rather than pretend so as not to hurt people or cause upset which i used to do in the past. Very freeing. Wow your year sounds eventful! i'm so glad you've found some peace with your friend and your family - seems to be a great deal of that going on in everyone's lives at the moment so there's something in the air. I don't think it's a world end... rather a world as we know it end. The end of old habits holding us back; old debts being written off and starting a new with a cleaner slate maybe?
