Before I start with the instructions for this, I have to say that I have seen many divine things, but this is the most crazy one. Also it only works for women..So what you need is a golden ring that belongs to you. You take a hair from the root of your head and tie it around the ring. After take a glass and fill it up to the half with water. Take your hair with the ring hanging on it and dip it in the water so it hits the bottom of the glass, then take it up a little bit over the surface of the water, and keep it still. Hopefully it will start to move, and as many times it hits the sides of the glass that's the age you will get married!!!! I did it more than 15 times in different glasses, different water and different locations and it always shows the same number. The most crazy thing is when I tell someone else to do it with my ring it doesn't move at all. My friend has done it too, and she always gets the same number, and when I do it with her ring it doesn't move.

I like divination things like this... I think they are tools that access our sub-conscious and possibly higher consciousness. IP: Logged |

Wait, I have to rip a hair out by the root to do this? That would hurt. lolIP: Logged |

I would try it, Delos, and share the results but I got married when I was in my early twenties... I wonder if it would tell me that?? Anyway... Welcome to LindaLand and to Soul Unions. IP: Logged |

Hi MysticMelody!Of course it will show you when you got married, although it already happened. You should do it with your engagement ring or wedding ring then if it's gold. Let me know about your results... IP: Logged |

ooop Delos I meant that my early marriage did not last... and I no longer have the wedding ring. It will be interesting to hear from other women who have been married for years if it works for them, though! IP: Logged |

I do have a gold ring... one that symbolizes me and my daughter... so I wonder... I might try it some time. Sorry, I lose track of screennames! Too many for this Air sign.

Does it have to be gold or silver? Can't you just use a ring with your energy attached to it? I don't wear any gold rings. ------------------ Echoes fade and memories die: Autumn frosts have slain July Still she haunts me, phantomwise, Alice moving under skies Never seen by waking eyes - Lewis Carrol, Alice in Wonderland IP: Logged |

Very fascinating stuff, Delos!!!Thank you so much for sharing this with us!! I tried it, and the first 3 times I did it, it gave me 20. I just turned 20 a few months ago!! Hmmm... my bf's been hinting at marriage but I didn't think it was going to be THIS year!!! The problem is that after doing it the first 3 or 4 times in a row (just to test it), getting the same result "20," I did it again right after that and it gave me a bunch of different numbers that were completely different. One was 26, another was 27, then 28, and the last one was 40! If this is operating on a subconscious level, then is it kind of like with tarot readings how you shouldn't do it too many times in a row or you'll confuse your subconscious and get a wrong reading?? Lol or does it mean I'm going to have 5 marriages?? IP: Logged |

Yes, I'm using a gold ring. It belonged to my grandmother when she was younger, but she gave it to me when i was about 7 years old, and although i haven't actually worn it ever, it's been in my possession since then. Does that count?IP: Logged |

etherhe... you need to wear the gold ring for some time. Just for a month or so, so it gets your energy, then do it again..IP: Logged |

So I just tried it again... Delos, I didn't get a chance to see your post yet when I did it. I'll take your advice and try wearing it for about a month and try again... and compare results... but for now, here is what I came up with upon trying it a few more times: it came up with the same number!!! :O I tried it 3 times. Different glass, different water, same result!... The really interesting thing is that I had spoken to a psychic about a month ago or so, and she told me that I would already be married by that same time next year! She also told me that she sees me marrying the guy I'm currently with (who is 9 years my senior btw), but regardless of whether I DO marry him or not, I will be married to SOMEBODY by next year! I'm not sure how much "stock" I should put into this woman's words, but that's what made this experiment so intriguing for me! The fact that they both told me the same things.... hmmm.... coincidence?? Mystic Melody, that's a good question actually. I know that she was fairly young when she got married but I'm not sure of the exact age. Hmmm.... but isn't the ring supposed to stay still if it doesn't pick up on my energy?? IP: Logged |

I have so much fun with this.. saw your other thread too and posted this... it works too and showed my miscarriage...We used to do something similar at work a few years back. We would get a sharpened pencil with an eraser. Get a sewing needle and thread it giving about a foot maybe a little shorter. Take the needle and poke it thru the middle of the eraser until it hits the bottom. Pick up the thread so you're dangling the pencil. Hold the unit so the lead of the pencil is almost but not quite touching your right wrist (or the one you use the most). Same thing, if it starts going in a circle, it's a girl..then it will stop...then go on to your next child where if it's circle girl, back and forth boy and it will stop each time before going on to the next. Once it stops and doesn't move again, you're done. It also works if you hold it above your tummy. Kind of fun.. I'll have to try the marriage one. I've been married twice so far so I'm curious if there's any real men out there... IP: Logged |
