Hi guys, so what I wanted to know your opinions on how important the Ascendant is in synastry; especially squares to the Ascendant from one chart to the other. Has it played a big part in breaking up your past relationships?I have my ascendant squaring my partner's Sun 4°30s, Moon 3°31s, Venus 9°07s,Saturn -2°56s, and Pluto 1°09s. It also has two harmonious aspects to his Uranus (trine) and Chiron (sextile)
I haven't been able to find much information on Ascendant squares in synastry except for at www.astrology-x-files.com. Those are kind of brief. If someone has more information on these aspects, please do share.
That said, I do have to mention we do have a bunch of harmonious aspects within 3 degree orb like:
-His Sun,Moon,Venus, Saturn and Pluto all trine my Moon, Mars, Venus and Chiron
-His Pluto opposite my Sun/Moon Midpoint
-His Venus conjunct my Venus/Mars Midpoint
-My Sun opposite his Venus/Mars Midpoint
-My Pluto conjunct his Ascendant and oppose his descendant(not so harmonious).
-Venus, Mars, Pluto Grand Trine
-His Jupiter conjunct my Pluto
-His Mars,Uranus, Neptune,Eros, and Ceres in my 5th house
-My Sun and Jupiter in his 7th house.
-My Eros, and Lust in his 5th house.
-My Eros conjunct his Lust
-My Adonis conjunct his Venus (exact),Sun, and Moon
-My Valentine trine his Sun,Moon,Pluto, and Saturn
-My Amor trine his Amor
-His Sun, Moon, Venus, Saturn, and Pluto opposite my Vertex.
-His Pluto, Sun, and Moon conjunct my IC
-My Moon, and Mars in his 4th house.
-My 8th house conjunct his 5th house.
It seems doomed to fail at the moment, but I'm keeping stubborn hope.
Anyways, thanks in advance for the input.
