I have been doing Kundalini Yoga for over two years with ONLY wonderful experiences.

hey Polysigh, hey guys.
it was so good to find your posts, as iv been experiencing the same things.iv been on a shamanic course for the past year & iv been falling (unconsciuosly) in love with the teacher. 3 months ago, we merged on an astral journey together, but iv only seen him once since then. my heart chakra pounds when i think about him, & sometimes the beating starts strongly when i'm not, as if he's trying to get my attention! my sacral chakra fits of bursting, tingling energy. & v.strong sometimes like Polysigh, i have a strong feeling that its only when we're thinking of each other at the same time, that we can communicate through our star soul chakras/higher selves. being my teacher, i cant say anything to anyone! & he has said nothing to me directly, only in dreams & journeys. also the telepathic connection has been there from the start - loud & clear. especially when in the same room as him. please help! does this like we've both fallen in love with each other? d.x. I recently had a heart chakra opening or awakening rather. It felt like a door on hinges that swung open. Literally. Ever since my heart has been on fire in my chest, and it expands all the way up into my throat. It's this pulsating, warm, expanding and euphoric feeling and love just beams like the sun. It was activated after meeting this guy and I've never felt this way before. I wonder if he feels it too. If it has anything to do with him. If it means anything in regards to a soul connection or if he was just the catalyst for that awakening. Has anyone else experienced this or had a similar experience? IP: Logged |

These stories are fascinating. Rcllns, were you sensitive to energies, or psychic in any way before you experienced the heart chakra opening? I'm sure the people who have posted in this thread are psychically developed, or have developed their sensitivities through meditation. These are indeed very rare experiences. IP: Logged |

[/B][/QUOTE] I've always been rather intuitive (scorpio/pisces moon) and very sensitive to energy. I do practice meditation regularly. And no, I've never experienced this before. Just a quick FYI, for those experiencing sudden muscle twitches and jerks, that's nothing to worry about, and it's not supernatural -- but entirely natural. Myoclonic twitches or hypnic jerks are just the body's way of falling asleep. If you're paying close attention to them, you're likely stressed. I'd focus more on the anxiety you're experiencing and less on your body's normal process of entering sleep.  IP: Logged |
