Hi teasel sweetie, sorry to hear about that experience with feeling down about that pattern. I would say, if you change your mind in the future, the focus should be again on the positive aspects, even if they are few, concentrate concentrate, and also you can draw on family members as well that you had positive relations with, parts of their personality. I would look first to the father and/or brothers/uncles/grandfathers. You're gonna have to do some major trimming away because they weren't romantic associations but the care and concern was there somewhere (hopefully) and that sounds like a workable solution as a shield to your pattern. Also adding in family energy would automatically add in soul mate energy. It's not the regular way I approach this, but your situation is different. Also close male friends of the past, if any. And, as young women they do this, draw upon any celebrities who may have caught your eye, I know it's superficial, but it will give you a sense of direction in terms of the physical look. I'm gonna read up on the book you just mentioned because it sounds interesting, to say the least. Thanks for the rec.
