I disagree with that advice about ending things. You don't have to end things, you just need to take care of yourself and not chase him. It's hard if you've already had sex and are bonded (oxytocin), but why dump the guy if you LIKE him and he's just not ready yet? Plenty of people meet where one is not ready to commit at the same level as the other, and keep the door open (while dating others) until the other person becomes ready at a later day. Why slam the door shut?
