You mean after having met them or before? I like to influence my twin flames thoughts. One time he was sitting on the chair mad at me and I started to visualize a pulsating white light vibrating into the top of his head. It was my way of saying ' snap out of it'.. and he jumped up right after and came and hugged me.. lol.

If you are trying to tell them something.. do this: Visualize you are in a beautiful forest and ahead there is a bright white bridge over a flowing stream. On the other side of the bridge is your twin flame. Ask him to meet you in the middle of the bridge and once he does (if he does) tell him everything and show him everything you want him to know. It will get to him.

I have thought a lot about this subject over the years. I think my current opinion (subject to change) is that we can feel the energy of another soul reaching out to contact us. It may be their subconscious mind and your subconscious mind connecting during sleep. You own mind tries to translate the energy into symbols that your conscious mind can understand, but the ideas/feelings being shared are so vast that the symbols fall short of a full interpretation. We can try our best to interpret them and at least get the "flavor" of the exchange.
I remember a couple dreams I had about a man I have known for over 2 decades that I know is one of my soul mates here on Earth, though we have never physically touched lips. We held each other and kissed in the dream and held hands and it was the most comfortable feeling I have ever experienced with a man... though it was "only in my dreams". We may have been brother and sister in a past life for all I know. Or we were a young husband and wife. There was a purity to our love... that did come through amidst other conflicting and confusing symbols. I don't remember it all.... but I remember the love.

Your method of contacting your twin will be as unique as you two are. But there are two ways I do it. I have no way of really controlling what happens in our dreams. Only because during dreamtime different lifelines take the center stage and for the most part all I can do right now is watch and try to remember and write down as much as I can remember upon waking. It is turning into quite the incredible story. I am learning how to have the dream in a lucid state, but that has not been working out to well. lol
When I am awake though and I want to communicate with him. I visualize a raised walkway with stairs going up each side . I will approach the walkway from my side and him from his side and we ascend the stairs and meet in the middle. At the same time we are being bathe in light with a silver ring of protection circling around the entire scene. In that space and time I tell him whatever I want him to know, sometimes we have even made love.... which I was not expecting. Sometimes we dont talk at all and all he does is hold me. Either way I recharge through that visualization very powerfully and always walk away feeling like I was just with him.
And whats incredible is that he is pretty much right on the money and will call or text during or after the meditation like clock work. I never tell him just because it would kill the magic of him doing it without knowing....It really baffles me how freakish his timing is with me.

Mediation, think of them but without thinking of them in a sexual manner unless you can channel that energy properly. Some emotional or sexually energy can over power your ability to communicate with them Don't try to communicate with them by forcing what your feeling on to them as a way of communicating. Generally mediate and relax.

I so badly want to communicate with him but both of us are afraid of our connection and blocked it off but i miss him so much and i just want him to know that i love him...it's so frusteratng. any ideas to open my own mind? its so ironic, i had exactly the same question...

And you feel so sad with this remark that I feel the need to reply. Hope you don't mind Spellmaster.

If you have blocked off your side of communication then you need to first and foremost keep it open. Even if that person doesn’t communicate with you for long periods of time. If they do you must pick up where you left off, and if you cannot then you are not doing your part to maintain the balance of the connection. Fear is not the reason for any action, fear when acted on only leads to suffering.
How do you mean to open your mind?
First, why and how is it closed?

It's been a minute, eh?
Missed you guys though.

Tell me about your dreams?
I could have dealt with a few dreams, all I got were these mushy emotions...my Venus in Pisces and Mercury in Pisces...Ive been touched emoitionally by everyhing that happened this past week like a pregnant women or something. A mess!
