Have you encountered any? How do you overcome them?

It would help if I could actually see into my past lives but I can't....I have an ex bf whom I had strong feelings for. Well I asked in asteroid astrology abt some aspects with our draconic charts earlier this yr. And I found out we had a past life love affair. In fact we had lots and lots of aspects with our draconic charts, not just one. Which makes sense bc early on in the relationship I had this "oh no I'm in deep sh*t" feeling bc I knew I had strong feelings for him which is unusual for me. In the end its my belief we had karma to work out. I had lessons to learn at that time in my life when I randomly met him and he was the one to teach me. and I'm grateful. Don't know if that answers your question or not but that's my answer

Cut the cords meditation.
But it sometimes has to be done more often than once or twice. Some cords are "sticky".
Also be prepared if you do this, the other party might consciously cross your path. It happened to me more than once.

What Ifind important is to forgive them and yourself for whatever happened in the past life and to "give them and yourself free", release yourselves from all kind of promises, oaths or obligations.

And do not forget to include yourself!

However it may not work in every case. Sometimes some karma simply has to be worked through.

Yes, there is this "consciously cross your path". I've done those cutting cords meditations but they are not working for me. 1) as you said - crossing my path again; 2) i do not want to cut all the cords completely, because it kinda soothes me. I feel it in my heart chakra constantly whenever he thinks about me (proven).. part of me simply doesn't want to lose this. Consciously i may want to break it, but when it comes to doing it - i can't.

The thing is that i don't have to forgive him anything. He hasn't done anything bad, more like a guardian angel or something.

then it really isn't over, is it? I am a firm believer that everyone knows when it has run its course. Sometimes it doesn't require cutting the cord but being at peace with the connection and accepting it.
