Have you ever had this aspect with anyone? In particular I think it would be pretty special in Water signs. The rest of the aspects are easy-flowing too, for the most part. In my case, I am Cancer ASC and he is Scorpio Moon. I think right now it is emotionally comfortable. He seems open with me about he feels or when he has a bad day and such. Actually he does not really talk about how he feels about me, unfortunately. Anyways, this aspect would seem to strengthen the way he is drawn to me, if I am not mistaken. Especially since I am emotional, and he probably feels them being a Scorpio moon. ALONG with my ASC being Cancer. If that makes sense.

It's a good aspect to have.

Emotional attraction and compatiblity should be present.
