Pisces is on the cusp of Virgo's 7th house of marriage. At best Virgo idealizes the mate. However, often we hear how Virgo's tend to suffer long term deception from a partner that leaves a sadness in their eyes. Neptune's hand can be clearly seen here as 7HR.

Pisces is on the cusp of Libra's 6th house cusp. Often we hear of Libras suffering from mystery illnesses which are hard if not impossible to diagnose. Once more Neptune is busy at work here.

Pisces is on the cusp of Scorpio's 5th house of children, fun, and true love. Scorpios generally are proud of their children. What we never hear is Scorpios suffering from deception in the romantic arena.
