So on another website someone looked at our synestry chart but the explanation is very confusing, i dont know what a few of these mean and i cant find what my north node in his 4th house means..

IC Conjunct Sun
Sun conjunct Moon
Sun Opposite Sun
Acsendant and Saturn conjunct MC
MC and Mercury conjunct Moon
Mars conjunct Moon
Venus square Pluto
Pluto Opposite Venus and Jupiter

House Placements:
His MC,Mars and Venus in your 7th House
His Sun in your 8th
His Jupiter in your 1st

Your Sun and North Node in his 4th
Your Jupiter and Venus in his 5th
Your MC in his 1st
Your Pluto in his 12th (and his own Pluto is there too).
