Has anyone else heard of this? I was under the impression Twin Soul relationships were THE ONE, no? I'm starting to get a little tired of all these terms, Twin Soul, Twin Flame, Twin Self, Soulmate, Life Partner- what next? How about Twin Peak Wholes. Or True Souls or Magicmates? Before I go off on a tangent let me tell you the distinction between Matched, Twin and Cosmic from Ruth's book Karmic Astrology: Past Lives, Present Loves.

She said there are different levels of Soulmates:

Matched Souls are harmonious relations involving common interests and pleasant communications between friends, coworkers, and families. Easy flowing.

Twin Souls have good understanding of one another's feelings and thoughts that borders on the telepathic. Sometimes the events in one twin can mirror the events in the other, which can make for a tense relationship that may not be lasting. They can be of the same gender and belong in the same family. Their souls will always be in contact.

We only have ONE Completing Soul that create an intense aura when together. It is what we call an "Ideal mate", and may not always incarnate at the same time. The reasons could be we have different lessons to learn, or if we do meet, there could be negative Karma that may have to be balanced. So, like the Twin, the Completing Soul relationship isn't always harmonious. But the love they have will ultimately lead them to triumph, if not now then in a future lifetime.

Completing Souls or Cosmic Partners were split in half at the moment of creation and through countless incarnations, both together and a part, they seek to balance their karma to finally reunite.

If one partner evolves faster, the other can still balance their karma and have good relationships with Matching or Twin Souls.

Cosmic Souls can be family, lovers, even enemies in order to help you balance your karma faster. She said even if a Cosmic Soul is in our lives we may not recognize them because, "too often we confuse physical attraction with true soul attraction. The cravings of the body are so strong that they may override the cravings of the soul." (pg. 17)

Frankly, every Complete Soul characteristic she wrote about has been attributed to everything I've read about the Twin Soul!

perhaps the energy of each takes the shape of a flame and then combines into one flame when they are together?

It would be interesting to hear from someone who has the extra sensory ability to see energy fields/auras, to tell what they see when soul mates, twin flames, twin souls, etc come together. And if they see this flame-shaped energy, is it a permanent configuration or temporary?

Sun opposite Moon both ways, Venus/Mars conjunct both ways, even our skipped steps!

I am so very aware of this person on every level that it almost scares me.
