Frankly, he had me when he mentioned that common sense is actually not that common.

I did not want to really spend the whole hour, just maybe the first minute, but I ended up listening to the whole thing.
My brother has been going on about him for years, I start getting why.

Well I do think he has a point. Very much so. Even Albert Einstein stated that our expectations before an experiment will to a great deal determine WHAT we observe and see.
It`s similiar to this I think, just that Robbins of course is talking about emotions.
of course there are no such easy recipes as it might come across in the video.
On the other hand maybe there ARE, and just because we expect things to be complicatd, they FEEL that way to us.

Haha, I am glad you enjoyed it! I don't have much free time either, so I listened while I did the dishes or even work (desk work, not OR work).

Last night I listened to it with my boyfriend. He was initially skeptical about Tony, but in the end he confessed he has a point. Now, okay, that IS something, but I hope we don't stop there. I hope I don't stop there either..

I really want to turn things around with him, and work on this. I think Tony can help.
