Topic: Taurus Man Virgo Woman...Why Does He Stare But Never Approach?

There's this guy that's fairly new to my social group. I've caught him staring at me on several occassions -- the most recent stare was quite prolonged and intent. However, he never speaks to me and displays other weird behavior. When he does speak to me, he keeps it very brief. One day he was talking to a mutual friend and when I walked up, he quickly mentioned that he had a girlfriend. He also moved his seat when I innocently sat down next to him at a party one evening. Thing is, in addition to the staring, he also laughs at all of my unfunny jokes, smiles at me to the point where I get creeped out, and one day I caught him flushing red when I was playing with my hair? I've never once flirted or anything with this guy although I do find him attractive, but I first and foremost respect that he has a girlfriend. Also, in the looks department, I don't think I'm too bad myself. So what gives? Guys, why the weird behavior? Does he hate me? IP: Logged |

I like that response! It very well may be true. People can be weird, and quirky.I think perhaps this guy likes you, but since he has a girlfriend he knows he can't (or won't) do anything about his attraction. Hmm, I haven't really known Taurus men to cheat much, unless they're not getting enough sex as bad as that sounds. Taurean attraction can be very strong, so he may possibly be so attracted to you he can't help but stare. I would try to ignore his weird behavior and be open to other guys. Unless of course you two end up hitting it off and are better for each other than his current girlfriend. You really never know. Doubtful though. I have never been into Taurus men romantically. I had 2 different male Taurus friends in my 20s, and I enjoyed their friendship and became close to them, only to discover each of them were sexually attracted to me, to my dismay. Seriously I was very dismayed, because I felt NOTHING like that for either of them. And yet each of then at different times waited patiently until I was most vulnerable and also incapacitated and...made advances and did things to me that I didn't want. The friendship was destroyed with one, strained with the other. It was nothing too terrible but it was way too weird, and not at all congruent with my idea of platonic friendship. Also, I didn't understand why they even liked me, I was way different and way more fiery then them. I still don't understand IP: Logged |

Taurus appreciates beauty as it's ruled by Venus. I tend to stare and want to glance at pretty girls that I find attractive but it has nothing to do with wanting to be in a relationship with them, get to know them or even try to sleep with them. It's almost like Taurus qualities have a self-hypnotic power for any natural beauty. Sometimes we believe that this power of 'beauty' has a certain level of control over us and therefore we become bumbling idiots. I know it happens to me at times - it's like a constant 'wow, she's beautiful' over and over again before 10 seconds has passed and then you realize she was only asking for the time and now she's looking at you weird and you're just standing there like you don't speak English... :/ IP: Logged |
