I forgot to tell you, after your reading for me, about a devious woman would cross my path, that the next day a tenant of ours blamed a plumber for scratching her $250.00
END TABLE! I mediated, we resolved that issue.
Later that night, she came to my apt. and blamed the plumber for scratching her $500.00 coffee table and a ripped apart a plant. It was agreed between everyone that if she could produce the receipts, the plumber and the owner of the complex would split the cost.
She came back the next day and apologized about the incodent, she was having a bad day! She had the police here and caused all kinds of rucus! I don't think she had the receipts eventhough she said she did.
The plumber was no where near the coffee table or end table. But no one could produce proof as she wasn't in the apt. at the time he entered. This woman has had many complaints from other tenants and she even sliced two tenants' tires! (She admitted it to a neighbor after the tenants left the complex. Well you were correct, she is a very evil woman, but it's the sneaky kind of stuff no one can prove.
