How are you?

Only if you have time and energy, would love to hear your take on something which is of interest to me.

There are some great people here who have helped so much, but I am just curious as to what you picked up with the cards. Its concerning my hubbie and a female friend. Now I know how he is with her, but am not sure whether she wants to be friends with him or not? Please be honest and thanks

Not wanting to butt in - simply noticed this and just wanted to send you love, light, understanding and a huge hug You are such an evolved and inspired spirit and if anyone can deal with the situation maturely, compassionately and beautifully it's you.

Just a thought but would you be able to ask her directly what she wants of him? It's just that I had a sudden picture in my head of you confronting her with warmth, honesty and directness and her being completely disarmed by it and unable to lie to you. Don't know if that's a possibility here but I sometimes get these little 'flashes' about people and I always think I should mention them in case they are of help.

Oooohh strong stuff - thanks for this - my intuition is getting very strong cos under the sweet veneer I sense a very strong competitive streak - you are dead on the nail Lotus. Now, like you,I am a very strong woman - I think you are Taurus, well I have Moon and Mars there and five placements in Scorp and Aries rising - so she would have to get up very very early in the morning to pull the wool over my eyes, if you get my drift!!

Lotus's readings are so good and it seems like yours was a really positive one. Hope this situation eases for you and that the woman in question backs off and stops her manipulative games.

Don't you just get thoroughly disappointed in people like that! One upmanship (which I suspect it is on her part) is such a waste of time and energy. But you're hubby sounds like he's got his head screwed on and knows what a gem he's found in you, so I don't think you've got anything to worry about.

Anyway, just wanted to see how you are and to let you know I'm thinking of you.

Thanks so much for your post, yeah it is hard sometimes with people isnt it - she asked him why I was avoiding her and she made out that I was accusing her of trying to take him LOL, he just said "no its not that, Sue has to be careful who she is around at the moment, its an energy thing". Isnt he great to be so diplomatic. Anyway she got the message!!

So hows you life going, are things working out for you with your man, are you feeling less threatened now - we are a right pair arent we?

Yeah "under my skin" is how I would describe this person. Not meaning to sound mean, but I just dont wanna be around people with this mentality, like they dont get the point........and here is you and others who so feel on the same wavelength, and now I am getting used to this, it feels alien to associate with others who arent!

Anyway, have a wonderful time at the lakes. I live near sea and mountains too...........its like we are meant to be near to such beauty isnt it - after all we do deserve it.

I feel a bit down today, was meant to go and sing in our local music session, but when I got there it was cancelled cos of a death..........now I need my music fix.......feel a bit lost without it!

So glad she's getting the message and not at all surprised she tried to use it to her advantage with your hubby, but lotus was absolutely right as he's totally blanking her advances and parrying all her nonsense so beautifully! Good on him!

I'm fine thanks for asking - things feel more 'solid' and steady between my Aqua and I, and he's told me so firmly that I'm the only one he wants so that makes my annoying fragile little ego feel a good deal better! I look in his eyes sometimes when he's looking at me and I see all the things I long to hear being spoken in his head. I realised that's all I ever really need.

Anyway, I hope you find your music fix today and feel better. I wish you joy, happiness and love Sue and Lotus is so right, you've helped so many that you're destined for great things. Stay well and happy and speak soon.

How are you? Hope you're feeling more positive with your situation and less afraid. Isn't it funny how we shy away from something we somehow know will mean so much to us and make us happy? I've done it a million times myself so know how you might be feeling. Are you worried the friendship will be lost if the relationship gets taken to another level and doesn't work? Well I think 2 people that start out as friends with an amazing connection can't just lose that just because the structure of their relationship changes. Just my take on the subject but hope it helps in some way.

And, I just now posted in another thread before I found this one, asking how things were going.....must have picked up some vibes from your post

sue, I just wanted to say that you need to be careful that you don't manifest your fear onto your partner. I know you are an intelligent person and will continue to deal with this woman, in an efficient manner. I also know that you are also a very powerful woman - so manifesting is within your realm. You are going to need to replace the picture in your brain of this woman, with another one as you don't want to put out the wrong energy. And even though she sounds like a conniving, husband-stealer - she is really just a lost soul needing a bit of guidance. Try sending her light so that she may rejoin her own path, instead of latching on to whoever takes her fancy. Women like this are not strong.

Reading through this thread reminded me of a saying that was once sent to me. Think it went something like......"be kind to your enemies, it drives them nuts".

is it realy the wrong thing to do if you atleast just point out to your significant other that you know this person is trying to seduce or take her/he from you ?

I know geting huffy puffy about it, and taking any natural frustrations out on your mate would be counterproductive. But I dont see the point in keeping it secret if you can see, sense, or just plain tell that this thrid party is trying to well,, "rain on your parrade" .

Just asking this because I wonder if how I handled 3 seperate situations like this one was the wisest I could have. I even let her go to there houses, after stating that I knew well what these guys wanted from her. One of the little buggers even got what he wanted, saw the whole thing as I slept like watching a video camera. Felt so burning and painfull when she came home few hours later and tried to snuggle up to me in bed. ggrrr

Dunno,, I knw I should have broken up with her that night or next morning for sure. Took her a month almost to finnaly tell me what happend and what was wrong. Just wondering if I handled things the best way from that point on with the next 2 nit wits, she didnt make the same mistake, jsut tested my patience beyond all belief.

I agree with what you say........no offence to my hubbie, but he doesnt have a huge ego, very typical of his sign, Virgo, and couldnt see if someone was attracted to him. To make situation worse, she hasnt DONE anything drastic like throwing herself at him, but I just feel coz she is separated and v.lonely and they get on well, and they are both attractive people, well...........When I say she hasnt done anything, this is all sub-conscious stuff and me being Scorpio witch and all, I can feel and see all too well. I told him how I feel and now he understands. I am very jealous by nature anyway so the universe is prodding my a****. This is a big test for me!

He knows how I am - that I wouldnt tolerate any monkey business - I have been true to him for 16 years and I am a woman thats very attracted to others. This woman, I have watched in the pub, she doesnt even know what she is doing - the body language, the fluttering of the eyelashes and the "help me" thing, they are all signs - what do you think Magus - from a male point of view, do you think I am being paranoid, or just reading what I feel ? Feel free to be hones! xx
