don't be afraid to express your values and don't be afraid of how much you have grown psychologically.
2: How can you discipline yourself ethically through your actions:
don't forget that you have weathered much and survived. you are not where you use to be, you are where you are through hard work, on your part - be proud of your victory. you are allowed to.
3: How can you discipline yourself ethically through your occupation:
Be enthusiastic about what awaits you - don't be afraid to try something new or the yearnings to try something new. don't ignore it - check it out.

Always remember that there is always something that you don't know - be excited about this, not apprehensive. you have what it takes to learn, overcome and succeed.
How can you discipline yourself mentally through your effort:
you have it in you to produce results through your own work
How can you discipline yourself mentally through your own mindfulness:
you have an intuition that you can depend on - develop an intimate relationship with it
How can you discipline yourself mentally through your own concentration:
face the fact that you have gone through much - no longer with sadness but in great relief that you had it in you to make it through - despite it all / no more what ifs and if you hadn't

be brave in spite of your memories, you are brave

being cautious and objective is not harmful - not realizing you are a human being existing in the whole scheme of what is going on around you - is. you are not invisible - give yourself more credit.

find a balance between what you feel and what you know.
