Are you feeling pulled in too many directions?
Are you feeling overly obligated when you could let go a bit? Are you taking on too many "projects or responsibilities?
Are these things really all yours to be worried about? Do you feel like you can never do enough no matter how hard you try?
Trouble sleeping?
Loss of appetite?
Are you having difficulty compartmentalizing your work life from your home life? Is work stress overflowing into and affecting your personal life and connections?
Are your hands tied in the not being able to do what you feel you should? Are you becoming too emotionally involved and feel only you can "fix" things that are happening or did...especially to others? Do you feel protective of certain others and does this cause conflict with others?
