I am interested the entire relationship. A couple of key points, though. First...he is Bi-Polar he tells me. Also..any sign of longevity?

Sure, it could go long term, and it looks like it would have to, because with those Saturn placements it seems like there's no messing around.
The moon/sun conjunct is obviously good.

Just wondering how that Uranus feels in your 7th. Rocking your boat yet? It's not on your 7th house cusp so it might not be felt immediately, but I've noticed Uranus in the 7th over the long term can be unpredictable (and he looks like he can be too)...him being the more unpredictable one. It would feel like a Venus/Uranus thing.....electric, but maybe unstable. Don't get me wrong. My mother and stepfather have been married over 20 years and she puts her Uranus in his 7th. They married VERY quickly too.

So I'd just say yes...but keep your eyes open, because the way it looks, you guys seem like you're linked in some way and in each other's heads or something, and there is a connection....but i am feeling like it would need to be tested.

Hope that helps

Take your time making your decision about whether to have a relationship with this man. He's telling you up front that he is bi-polar.

Does he get treatment for his disorder? If not, run don't walk, run in the opposite direction. Your Pluto conjuncts his Mars. In the beginning, this registers as passion but it quickly turns to some of the worst arguments you've ever had in your life.

So yes, your Moon opposes his Saturn. That is glue, but you may find yourself glued to someone you don't want to be glued to. When Saturn opposes the Moon, it is a heavy control factor placed on your emotions and your needs. He could turn very cold toward you.

As I look a little closer, I see that when Saturn crosses his Venus he may experience a break up. Venus rules his 7th House of partnerships and when Saturn returns to that spot, it might end a relationship that he has. That could be you if you are in a relationship with him now.

So if you decide to continue your relationship with him, make sure you really think it through because you could be with him for quite a long time. You'll have to commit to the bad times as well as the good times.

Um, yipe--this guy is a Leo/Scorpio Rising with a Mars-Venus conjunction in Virgo and his Mars all on your Pluto? And a Hades moon (8th house) in Cancer? Jeeezzz. (Note: I am a female Leo, Cancer Moon, Virgo Mars.)

I see sexual chemistry, arguments, mixed messages, some frustration, trickiness when dealing with conflict.

I know someone with a Mars-Venus conjunction in Virgo...those folks are sexy and hook-y, meaning there's a lot there to stimulate people who are attracted to them, but I actually think it's a tense, tricky dynamic in the natal. If this man is already struggling with mental health issues, it is good that he's open with you about it, and it might be best for both of you to tread slowly and carefully.

Also, I'm not a fan of your Saturn falling in his 5th house and his in your 7th...it could make a good relationship sticky and bring potential longevity, but...with that Mars-Pluto conjunction and the bipolar thing, it might just make your relationship Not Fun in the long term.
