Well I've been searching more and more for stuff on the internet (cause I'm poor and can't afford books) and I'll post what I found because most of the threads on this subject here are pages and pages of "I have these aspects but I dunno what it means!" and some links that, at least to me, aren't very helpful (Rowe and those vids for instance... I don't know maybe the way they word things just doesn't compute for me. Andrea Arden's article is an exception though).Let me know if this is useful to anyone else, cause if not I'll stop posting. Or post your own info.

I do synastry between one natal and the other draco, to see what someone (the natal) has for the others soul (the draco) to "offer" to grow and develop, since this is where I find the significant connections.
Connections between the dracos I practically only find between relatives, but hardly with people who you meet in your life by "free will". I can only assume what this could mean: the connections between the souls are where you come from, this is where you have to feel cozy and comfortable, where you feel at home. But to develop your soul further, you have to look out for "new impulses" out there, which can be found in the present natals.
I also use an orb of 3°, though I found the conjunctions mostly even to be exact or very tight anyway. But it depends on the planets involved: for instance my father and my brother have their draconic moons conjunct at 4°, and I feel that they are definitely conjunct. "

a reference from Basil Fearrington's "The Practical Guide to Gauging Relationship Potentials."
"We have established the idea that the Lunar Nodal axis is the symbol of the key to an individual's SOUL AND SPIRITUAL REALITY. It is therefore understandable that the Lunar Zodiac, the Draconic Zodiac, symbolizes the state of evolvement of one's soul development. The reason why Edgar Cayce was not given the Tropical or Sidereal systems in his trance states is because those systems do not address the evolutionary state of the soul in the way the Draconic system does. The Draconic Zodiac is an extension of what we have learned about the Lunar Nodal Axis, both spiritually and synastrically. The "larger than life" bonding that is present in Nodal Axis contacts becomes amplified in Draconic system aspects.
Utilization of the Draconic Zodiac adds other options to synastric analysis! This will show, as it were, the highest symbolism of "soul mate" potential that we have in astrology, again, extending the symbolism of what we have learned about the Nodal Axis.
In working with the Draconic system in synastry, treat it as you would normally treat any synastric analysis but with the understanding that you are working with a deeper level of connection as is the case when working with the Nodal Axis in the Tropical system.
One can compare Person A's Draconic to Person B's Tropical; Person A's Tropical to Person B's Draconic; Person A's Draconic to Person B's Draconic. Look for close aspects. The more contacts there are, the more energy flow there will be, especially when there are close, tight, conjunctions and oppositions. The energy flow between people is what creates potential chemistry and relationship compatibility, especially when there is an elemental contact to each other's Sun and/or Moon. It is important that there is nourishment of the elements of each person's Sun and/or Moon from the other person, no matter what the aspect is.
Fearrington presents that Edgar Cayce, in his readings in a trance state, saw the Draconic Zodiac....the reason being that Cayce's visions related to humans as souls with bodies as opposed to bodies with souls. The Draconic system reflects this soul level of existence. It is a horoscopic extension of the SPIRITUAL dimensions that have always been associated with the Nodes."
