numerically - betty is an 8 and steve is a 4. if these two can meet in the middle - a romantic relationship is possible however, if betty is stuck on rules/principles and steve is too spontaneous for betty (making betty nervous about what's next in the relationship and steve dread the seriousness forced on the relationship between the two)- it's not going to be easy because neither one will be comfortable for the other. it will take work for you both to meet in the middle but if you do - it could be a really nice relationship where both can find the happiness they need - emphasis on need rather than want.
